JJdyHkWow! Wonderful decor. However the breakfast was lacking. The coffee was terrible and not hot and the food in general was not good flavour. The water in the swimming pool was far too hot too.

ผผู้เข้าพักพนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมากเช่นเคยและชื่นชมความอบอุ่นและรอยยิ้มของสเตฟานนี่จริงๆ สระว่ายน้ําเป็นแบบอุ่นเพื่อให้ฉันสามารถว่ายน้ําได้แม้ว่าจะเป็นวันที่อากาศหนาวเย็นก็ตาม ชอบเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก (เครื่องชงกาแฟ โลชั่นบํารุงผิว ฝักบัวอาบน้ํา สบู่ล้างมือ แชมพู กระดาษทิชชู่หนานุ่ม) เตียงและหมอนนอนสบาย มีที่ชาร์จ usb ที่โต๊ะ เป็นสถานที่ที่สะดวกมากใกล้กับ Kennedy park โปรดทราบว่าไม่มีแผ่นฝ้ายหรือสําลี แปรงสีฟัน หมวกอาบน้ําให้ แต่ฉันก็โอเคกับมัน ความปลอดภัยก็ดีมากเช่นกัน กําลังรออูเบอร์ตอนกลางคืนข้างถนน และเขาจะเดินออกไปรอกับฉันเพื่อความปลอดภัย

MMariaCFrom arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed.
The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha.
The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street.
The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view.
The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice.
The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines.
Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took.
I would definitely stay there again.

AA.Lo25The hotel is good, but the second night we felt the room a little bit cold and they had no extra blankets. They leave coffee and cookies to have at anytime in the hall and the breakfast food is pretty complete. The only problem with breakfast is that on the first day we went one hour before closing and they were not paying attention on missing stuff like bowls, milk, hot water, spoons, glasses, so we had to ask for those everytime instead of them just renewing it. They were nice and happy to bring them to us but the fact that we (and others at the same time) had to do it was pretty annoying.

IIndhujaEverything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected.
The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby).
The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed.
Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time.

EElisha92Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

TTimminsTotally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls.
Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage.
And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had an easy late night check in. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to most of what we needed. The kids enjoyed the game room and breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods.
