這家酒店的服務非常不錯，老闆還專門寫了一封信給住店的客人。酒店外形很像一座城堡，據酒店服務人員介紹，酒店的設施很有歷史。早餐很豐富，全套蘇格蘭早餐可以吃到撐。酒店停車很方便，就在門口。車位充足，適合自駕。酒店周圍沒啥其他配套，對於從愛丁堡前往蘇格蘭高地途中住宿是很合適的。

Away for 2 nights. Room spacious. Bit dusty in some parts. Bedding clean. Bathroom excellent. Spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Loads to choose from.Varied cooked options. Excellent service. Bar cosy. Had dinner in the hotel one evening. Very good. Lovely hotel set in the Perthshire countryside but not too far from Perth city centre. Hotel traditionally furnished with Scottish themes. Tartan upholstery and furnishings. Local framed pictures throughout. Hotel had varied nationalities staying,proving popular with foreign tourists.

So happy I stumbled upon this gem in Perth! Very centrally located in town. Offered a compete hot breakfast that included homemade marmalade! Delicious! The room was comfortable with everything I needed. James was lovely to chat with. Highly recommend!

Très bon accueil. Chambres parfaites, très joliment décorées et une excellente literie. Nous avons également pris le repas du soir au restaurant. Très bon mais pas tout à fait du niveau d'un gastronomique. Néanmoins, nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Le bar aussi était très chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner parfait. Enfin, le parc est très beau. On a juste manqué de temps pour en profiter d'avantage. Nous avons même oublié quelque chose dans la chambre (de valeur sentimentale). L’hôtesse a promis de nous le faire parvenir par la poste (à nos frais, bien sûr). C'est tout à fait charmant. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cet hôtel.

Ratings for all except service based on website. rating on SERVICE based on experience for reasons entirely out of my control, I had to cancel my stay 24hrs beforehand. I called to let them know. I advised I had to cancel and the reply was (word for word) ” ok , that's still chargeable”. NO ' I'm sorry to hear that' NO ”maybe we can find another date so you don't lose your money”... no ' we can't refund you but do you want a credit on account'. if I'd have phoned 12 hours earlier my money would have been refunded or I could have amended my booking. the blame was put on TRIP as I was told ' you booked through them and they wont help you. So I'll be avoiding this place when I go up for my trip, and I'd advise others to avoid places with staff as uninterested as here.

La ubicación del hotel es uno de sus puntos fuertes. Está relativamente cerca tanto de la estación de tren como del centro de Perth, por lo que resulta cómodo para moverse a pie y hacer excursiones por la zona. Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar. El desayuno me pareció bastante escaso y poco variado: todos los días ofrecían prácticamente lo mismo (unos pocos bollitos, tostadas y un pequeño desayuno caliente), además de tener un horario muy limitado, de 7:00 a 9:00. Lo peor, sin duda, fue que nos asignaran una habitación en la tercera planta sin ascensor. Viajábamos con dos maletas grandes y dos mochilas para una estancia de cuatro días, por lo que subir todo el equipaje por las escaleras fue bastante incómodo. En un hotel de este precio, creo que deberían tener más en cuenta este tipo de situaciones o, al menos, priorizar las plantas inferiores para los huéspedes con mucho equipaje. En resumen, una buena opción por su ubicación, pero con margen de mejora tanto en el desayuno como en la accesibilidad.
