Amazing hotel. Clean and have many facilities. Only issue is the hotel is quite a distance from the BTS. But other than that, love this hotel alot

On arrived was bit early that 1400LT, had to wait.On time they start checkin,and very fast and very friendly,typical thai welcome.that was soo quick and smooth. On room specious room, AC work well. Clean linens,personally I felt need more piloows,we had only two. And tea cofee locker ,mini bar, TC all was thereno issues.when it come to bath room, bit down,bcz taps were so difficult to operate.(bcz its too old), and comod tray was yellow colour, burnt material.and If Im not sure this amminities at batroom felt like disabled person use type.comod ,batg tab even.this was the inly down in room.morning buffet was quite ok.but its more or less same everyday.and it may need more western food I felt.its more towards asian type.over all,good value for money.good people.thank you.

Good location close to MBK and Siam, Room a bit old but it’s not a problem because all is fine (soft bed, clean) staffs there are so nice :)

The receptionist were quite rude. The hotel room was very dirty. The trash from an prior guest was not cleaned before. Many items are old, broken and dirty (dusty).
Furthermore, you have to pay 1000 baht when check in and they try everything to keep it (when you talk to them, you will know which of them). Luckily, I tend to take pictures as soon as I enter the room. A poor staff, who wasn t at fault at all, cleaned the room and still was blamed by his superiors at this hotel. I didn t take pictures of everything, but I can assure you it was filthy.
The lobby may look astonishing, but the rest...
Try for yourselves if you don t believe me.

Booked this hotel at an incredibly cheap price, so I wasn't expecting much, after all, I just wanted a place to sleep since I was checking in late anyway. To my surprise, it was a very beautiful hotel! I deeply regret not booking the rest of my stay here, because the next time i checked, the price skyrocketed. Moreover, this is a great hotel, i read bad reviews but NONE of which I experienced during my brief stay.
Ps: A security deposit of 1000 baht is required upon check in, so be ready with your cash. It will be refunded after check-out.

They upgraded the room for us!!!Nice view ,clean bed ,affordable.but too far for walk to any public transport from hotel
