This is not acceptable, and we have informed our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to re-check the room conditions carefully and prevent similar issues in the future.Concerning the deposit policy, please allow us to clarify that the security deposit (THB 1,000 per night, capped at THB 5,000) is a standard practice to cover incidental charges and is fully refundable upon check-out once the room has been inspected. For guests who prefer not to use cash, a credit card authorization is available, and the release timing depends on the issuing bank. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter.As for the surrounding convenience store, we regret to hear about your experience; however, please kindly note that it is independently operated and not managed by the hotel.We genuinely value your comments, as they help us identify areas requiring improvement.
