Lovely hotel and style. The lady at the Spa especially Latha is very nice 🙂 Great breakfast buffet. A lot of choice and great service.

The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer. The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests. The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests. I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it. Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

It's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor. If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful! Food was amazing with so many great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste. I loved my overall experience at this place! 😍 😍
