Room is good but power on an off an its happen several time buffet is not that standard for a Marriot hotel standard Location is ok as it next to shopping an IT companies Have at least 1 hour to travel to airport

Bell boy was biased to provide better service to Caucasian customers and not attentive. Despite great efforts from the staff, TV in room remains unusable for two days. Though the house keeping team are hard-working, the hotel is worn down and need to be refurbished.

I don’t had the best experience in this Marriott brand hotel, once I got into the room I felt instante the smell of the mold,maybe because of the AC. Then I found a cockroach in the bathroom! It’s was only for one night but I definitely will not stay there again!

Hotel facility a little older, but service is good, breakfasted series is not so much

2인 조식 포함 4박을 예약하였으나 조식 불포함 이라고 안내를 받아 수차례 예약증을 보여주며 이야기하였으나 여행사로 직법 이야기하라고 하며 예약한 여행사에서 예약정보가 조식 불포함으로 넘어왔다고 했습니다. 트립닷컴에 이야기를 하니 상담원 3명이 돌아가며 같은 이야기를 물어보고...상담원 3명 모두 환불해주겠다고 하였으나 4일이 지났는데도 환불되지 않고, 호텔에 조식을 안먹었다는 내용을 추가로 확인해야 한다고 합니다. 그러다가 갑자기 3박째에 호텔에서 조식을 포함시켜주겠다라는 메일을 받아서 메일받은 날짜와 시간 등을 지우고 제 개인메일에 이제 호텔 조식 포함되었다고 3박째 밤 11시 넘어서 전달해놨습니다. 트립닷컴의 이러한 무례함과 비상식적인 응대에 다시 항의하니까, 호텔에 전화 연락이 안된다고 하며 시간만 끌고 있습니다. 일단 호텔 로비에 있는 프론트 여직원들은 무례하였으며, 트립닷컴은 무책임 하였습니다. 트립닷컴을 통해 수년간 다양한 호텔과 항공을 예약하고 이용해왔는데 정말 실망스럽습니다. 신속한 환불 요청합니다.

Excellent stay. Very helpful and supportive staffs. All our needs were very well taken care of. The best part was the welcome note left by housekeeping staff. All the tiredness vanished just looking into it. Thank you for team fairfied for the kind gesture.

Fairfield Marriot in Rajajinagar is a classic property. It is well connected and well maintained. The buffet food is great and the staff serves it will deep warmth. Additionally, the entire staff is helpful and quick to assist. I had a great time at the property. P.S - Special thanks to Ankita and Mohit ( front office staff)

Behaviour of front office staff is worst. They don't know how to behave while guest check-in & when guest ask for something. At the time of check-in it felt like I was in vegetable market. This is specially for Mohit & Pratham. At the time of check in they were talking to each other "stystem nahi chal raha" "Tu dekh le, mujhe jana hai" " Jaldi kar, mujhe late ho raha hai" etc. They are arrogant & ill mannered. They try to be over smart as if we haven't stayed in any other hotel. They behave as if they own this property. Mohit need to be told that guest doesn't ask anything from your home so you need not to be arrogant, this is your job & you are not doing any favour to anyone. They need to understand that this is hospitality industry.

Our recent stay at Fairfield by Marriott (October 30th, 2023) was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite our late check-in, we were warmly welcomed, and the Director of Rooms personally ensured a smooth and efficient process, making us feel truly valued as guests. The professionalism and composure of the staff set the tone for the rest of our stay. The team’s attention to detail, especially during our breakfasts, was remarkable. One of the chefs took time out of his busy schedule to personally visit each table and offer a special dish of the day. This thoughtful gesture left a lasting impression on us, particularly because I was caring for my two-year-old son while my wife attended a conference. Special thanks to Priyanka from the front office, who went above and beyond to keep our son entertained in the lobby, making him feel special and cared for. Every request we made, such as arranging a bucket for our room, was handled promptly and efficiently. The team also catered to my wife’s dietary needs during her conference, even recreating a traditional Sabudana Khichdi dish, which was a delightful surprise. Their willingness to accommodate our requests with ease and grace was truly commendable. On the day of check-out, we required a late extension due to our evening flight. This request, too, was handled seamlessly, further enhancing our positive experience. Overall, the level of hospitality, dedication, and professionalism displayed by the entire team at Fairfield by Marriott far exceeded our expectations. We are deeply grateful for the care and effort that went into making our stay so memorable, and we look forward to visiting again soon.
