Very unique and rarely found a swimming pool of this size in the hotel area. If you visit here, it is perfect for a short break with your family and staying at this hotel. เคยมาพักที่โรงแรมสุกาไดหลายครั้งกับครอบครัวจําไม่ได้ว่ามากี่ครั้งแต่มันเยอะมากเราเคยชอบห้องพักบริการและอาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยมด้วย! และครั้งนี้ผมและครอบครัวได้กลับมาเยือนบันดุงและตัดสินใจที่จะพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้ในฐานะแขกที่มาพักซ้ําเราคาดหวังกับการบริการ & ความสามารถ เท่าที่เราเคยสัมผัสมา แต่น่าเสียดายที่การมาเยือนครั้งนี้ทําให้ผิดหวังอย่างแท้จริง, ห้องแรกที่เราเข้าไปสกปรกมาก, เศษผมจากแขกก่อนหน้าเยอะมากทุกที่ในห้องน้ํา, ห้องไม่มีแม้กระทั่งแปรงสีฟันใดๆ , ผมโทรไปถามพนักงานแล้วพวกเขาก็บอกว่าไม่มีแปรงสีฟันให้, แต่แล้วพนักงานทําความสะอาดที่เดินผ่านห้องเราบอกว่ามีให้แล้วเขาก็ให้แปรงสีฟันมาให้(?) ห้องแรกที่เราเข้าไปไม่มีตู้เสื้อผ้าหรือไม้แขวนอะไรให้ด้วยซ้ํา? ! แล้วผมก็ขอย้ายห้องไปอีกห้องนึง, เป็นเตียง twin และต้องดัดแปลงเป็น kingsize, ไม่ได้ว่า, มันดีกว่าห้องแรกที่เราได้, แต่แล้วยัง, ห้องเก่ามาก และไม่ค่อยสะอาด, เนื่องจากตอนนี้เรากังวลมากเกี่ยวกับการระบาด covid 19 และคาดหวังว่าทางโรงแรมจะทําการเช็คสองครั้งเรื่องความสะอาดของห้องพัก? ดี.. wifi แย่มากด้วย เราไม่สามารถมีสัญญาณภายในห้องได้ด้วย สุดยอด เสียอารมณ์! และที่แย่ที่สุดคือห้องเรา (ผมจอง 2 ห้อง 1 คืนเท่านั้น) ทั้ง 2 ห้องไม่มีน้ําร้อน (ไม่ทํางาน) วิศวกรมาที่ห้องแล้วบอกว่าใช้เวลาน้ําร้อนออกมา ดี.. ฉันรอเกือบ 20 นาที มันยังไม่ออกมาเหรอ พนักงานพูดขอโทษและบอกเราโดยพื้นฐานเหมือน”มันคือสิ่งที่มันคือ1ของมันก็เหมือนนั้น2” อยู่แล้วตอนนี้ผมไม่สามารถคาดหวังอะไรมากกว่านี้/แม้กระทั่งคาดหวังอะไรจากโรงแรมนี้ ผิดหวังจริงๆ แค่คําชมและความเห็นที่ซื่อสัตย์จากผม&ครอบครัว และ 1 ขอชื่นชมเฉพาะพนักงานทําความสะอาดที่ผ่านแปรงสีฟันมาให้ผมและทําความสะอาดห้องที่สองของเรา ขอบคุณครับ
