การบริการปานกลางไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน 4 ดาว อาหารก็โอเค แต่การบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีน้อยและการตกแต่งภายในโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า

The room is clean and tidy. Food variations are enough but it needs more to control the food stall outside (near the pool).

Room is okay. The breakfast and dinner provide is plenty simple, not worth the price of a four stars hotel’s breakfast.

Sangat sangat cantik. The receptionist is good and welcoming us so well. The room is spacious and the bed is superb. Definitely we will come back.

a bit frustrated as req not attended .. requested for connecting room since we travelling with kids but it's not available for all 3 nights

1st time staying here. Located strategically in the middle of the city and good for those who love being surrounded by gopd food!

Front desk reception very friendly, restaurant staffs are very good as well. May be towels can be replaced with new ones.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

The hotel is very clean and near public transport and we like the hotel very much

We booked 3 rooms. The service was so good, you’ll receive notes every day during breakfast provided if you ordered for hot drinks. Tami was very passionate with her everyday quotes. It actually made our day even better!

There was something wrong with my first room make them dicided to up grade my room. Service 5*, from reception, breakfast staff and food 5*, cleanness 5*

Nice top recommendation hotel , clean, comfortable, nice, warmly, with the good taste in breakfast Unforgettable momment when you try to stay in this hotel.

Everything is ok..but the bed is kinda make me itchy when I slept in..other than that.. everything is good .bf is standard but nice
