Good location ! It's old but clean. Good service! Delicious reataurant!

The Hotel Indigo in Baltimore is one that provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I stayed 2 nights and when I checked out late, the hotel had no issue with it. I was able to walk from the Penn Station to the hotel with no difficulties.

location is good. Parking is just in front of road.

Just a few steps to Peabody Institute of music. Staff are friendly. The room was spacious.

When looking for a place to stay, too priority for me was room service, which this hotel advertised on their website that they offered. They did not. The front desk person the proceeded to insult my intelligence by suggesting that "room service" means they'll come to your room and change your towels. Attached are the website photos, showing "room service" under the Dining menu, and "housekeeping" listed under amenities. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the free breakfast was great, but the neighborhood has no walkable stores, and one very pricey restaurant 2 blocks away.

Everything was great. The front desk were super helpful and friendly. Only wish that they provide kettle for boiling hot water and drinking water in the room

很差的體驗，我們訂的豪華大床，給我們一個朝天井的414，窗對面就是空調外機，趕緊下樓要求換房到825，樓道最尾，依然是天井朝向，房間一股**味。抵達酒店是凌晨，對面14刀一天的停車場已經關門了，30刀代客泊車，早晨説要發短訊把車召回，但我們並沒有收到過短訊。含在房間的早餐本有一個voucher的，入住並沒有給我們，早晨還得自己要。早餐是點餐，很慢，趕時間的話必須提前下來。沒感覺到任何服務，衹能説一分價錢一分貨。住的臨時，剛問了朋友，這個區域很不安全，而且我們感受到了很強的qs，選擇慎重吧。

酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰Walters博物館、Peabody 圖書館以及許多古老教堂，購物有streets market超市。酒店早餐好吃，現做，需要等一會兒時間。距離inner harbor 也不遠，步行20多分鐘可達，打車不到10美元。很好的住宿體驗，下次還會入住。

房間大，漂亮乾淨！來考試，我的好運房間。前台的黑人小哥哥很能聊，巴爾的摩衹要膽子大出門都坐公交很方便，晚上到penn station走路到酒店這段距離也很安全幾個路口就有警車停着待命，總之**

房間的設施重新裝修改造過，比我們幾年前住的時候好了不少。酒店地處市中心出行方便。

接待服務人員很親切，地理位置優越、安全方便，環境乾淨明亮，早餐美味選項很多，是巴爾的摩住宿遊客的最佳選擇。

房間很寬敞，也比較安靜的

非常滿意，我送女兒去巴爾的摩讀書，我們都喜歡這個酒店，位置好，員工態度熱情，衞生安靜。
