Tanah gajah is the very nice place to experience, it is the best choice for couples and families or any to past the holidays. I decided to celebrate kid birthday here to make her wish come true. Ganah gajah team provided us all best service from check in, luggage service, parking service, and welcome ceremony, there also has tourism car during guests living hotel, SPA, swimming, yoga, gyms, tea break and free car service. And especially hot air balloon, nice view. 这家酒店真的非常推荐慢节奏度假，天然氧吧。

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights and three days during our honeymoon in Bali, and every moment exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, everything felt truly special. We stayed in a private pool villa, which made our stay even more memorable. The thoughtful surprises—a chocolate crepe cake and a beautifully prepared flower bath—completely amazed us and made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. Although the hotel was originally built in ****, it was impeccably clean and wonderfully maintained. The antique charm blended perfectly with elegance, making every corner of the hotel visually stunning and full of character. Enjoying afternoon tea, cocktails, and breakfast while surrounded by the serene nature of Ubud was an unforgettable experience. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views created moments we will cherish forever. My husband and I promised each other that we would definitely return for a future visit, perhaps as a reminder wedding trip. Finally, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Nick and all the staff members for their exceptional hospitality and warm kindness. This hotel made our honeymoon truly perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Overall great trip as a couple of retreats. At the same time, there is some point where I look forward to improvement. 1. Food Choice and quality was not great as I expected. The seasonal fruits inside the room were not fresh and fully filled up. And the menu for breakfast is quite limited. I think that it would be great to have more personalised menu or service in F&B 2. The Property and amenities are getting old, so some items were broken or worn out. 3. General communication via Whatsapp group was great and fast. I just wish I could get to know early,when I checked in, that the resort can offer me personalized service that far ... I just got to know that personalized service can be provided almost by end of the trip. Entire vibes at the property with kind staffs all along was great one!

We were blown away by the attentiveness and warm hospitality of the team at Tanah Gajah! Our package comes with complimentary daily breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktail, yoga class, laundry service, mini bar items, alcohol in room (whiskey, gin, vodka), Balinese massage, transport to/from Ubud Centre, rice paddy trekking…. A very peaceful resort. If you’re looking for tranquility, to relax and rejuvenate, Tanah Gajah is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Tanah Gajah. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed wandering around the rice fields and watching animals such as squirrels, swans and birds thrive! We highly recommend this place to relax, take a break and escape from the bustling city life.

tanah gajah是此行峇裏島最滿意的酒店，安靜輕鬆清新的空氣讓我都不想離開度假村，早餐的瑜伽，午後的瑜伽，傍晚的梯田tour，夜晚的表演，和工作人員超貼心的服務讓我每一天都很享受，這裏的早餐午餐和下午茶晚餐也都很好吃，最讓人驚喜的是住了幾天之後甚至工作人員都能記住我的房號。簡直不能更滿意啦。

酒店的早餐是單點形式的，雖然可以選擇的項目不多，但是味道整體是不錯的。特別推薦是他們的印尼炒麵。主廚非常好人，有空時會和住客聊天，了解他們的用餐體驗，預先通知他亦可作off menu request。 另外每天有兩小時免費的下午茶供應，有三項鹹點及三至四項甜點，食物可以隨意任取，是每天必去的環節。

酒店在烏布市中心不遠，每天可以有免費的接送到Ubud center。 衞生很乾凈，酒店裡還有天鵝、松鼠這些小動物，太喜歡了。

酒店服務非常完美，雖然是一個1988年的老酒店，但是整體設施上非常有韻味和文化底色。接待人員能記住每一個旅客的姓氏，莊園裡的每一個角落的服務人員都非常友好，所有的需求都可以滿足。酒店的網球場也是包括在內的。還可以在湖中間釣魚。泳池邊的下午茶可以一邊游泳一邊享用。早餐是點單制的，可以享受很久。早上的瑜伽是教練非常專業，人少可以1對1的指導。

房間非常乾淨，每天都有人來打掃。服務也很到位，入住就會建一個管家羣，有開車的、食物的、衞生的……非常全面。而且在這裏洗衣服還不用花錢。最後就是環境，完全私密，還很大，下次還住這裏。

😻總結：這家酒店雖然整體設施我覺得配不上兩千三一晚的水準……不過沖他們在我危機時刻幫我買葯提供葯！不給差評[哭惹R][哭惹R]失望大於期望…以為自己挖到寶了 🍲兩晚僅三頓 下午茶，沒有網上貼圖的那麼好…算非常簡陋的行政酒廊。（嚴重懷疑酒廊不乾淨…去了之後回來中招） room service…在印尼吃過最貴的一碗麪…153rmb醬油麪超難吃…衹吃一口。 因為趕飛機沒法吃早餐，酒店給了早餐盒…麪包很乾巴不好吃！ 早餐因為實在是個病得起不了床…沒去。估計也一般[哭惹R] 😗服務：我覺得是沒土豆頭好的。但是給我買葯了…真的值得誇獎！！ 🛏️設施： 天吶…我每次一上床都覺得被子像300一晚的酒店。。。廁所裝修一般…玻璃板非常掉價，門也關不上。生態很好，每天睡覺吵得要死。唯一愛的設備是酒店音響。 SPA：贈送的！其實一般啦！但是送的沒事～花400一人就有事～
