The room need to upgrade especially the old spring mattress . Bath towel small and color from white turn to grey.same as floor mate.

Big clean beautiful rooms with smell of mold and dempness. Security of the hotel sucks, personnel not intrested help you. Probably they in deal😅. Money from room was stolen, no one was intrested help to understand how it was possible. I was sure that it could be staff, its normal practical in Indonesian hotels.

Towels sheets stained and looked dirty and did not smell clean . Room had terrible mouldy smell needed to change room . Drains in bathroom very smelly . Food at restaurant limited and not very good . No pool side service . It is a shame because great location and the grounds and garden were well maintained .

Staff try really hard to make the best of the limited resources they have. Staff Service really great at restaurant especially. The hotel needs alot of TLC. It has great bones but is quite run down. Construction currently on the beach area which may take a couple of months by the look of it. No spa, one restaurant and limited food choices. Not much otherwise. A walk along the beach will give you access to other resorts and eateries. A plus is the lovely grounds and quietness of the resort.

The room is fine and big but they don't change all bed sheet (they just change some bed sheet)everyday, which is not good. Garden is great and the hotel is very near to the sea side.

Beautiful gardening but not all rooms operates. Room furnitures are old, need to be upgraded.

This is exquisitely beautiful everything about the hotel is 10 on 10 we were pleasantly surprised to see such a gem of a hotel

Great location but could be cleaner

Can’t really say much for the price except that the menu is fairly limited in choices. However, location is great and they do their utmost to keep the place clean. Friendly staff and nothing is to much. Thank you. What a wonderful setting

Quiet Private beach Fantastic staff Great pool Lush gardens (the 40 - 80+ yo Bonsais are incredible) Our room was comfortable with amazing air-conditioning, an immediate reprieve from the humid Bali weather. The gardens of the Keraton Jimbaran are lush and very reminiscent of old Bali resorts. Most impressive of all, are the Bonsais scattered amongst the gardens. The oldest we spotted was over 80 years old. They are truly a highly valued addition to the grounds. With an absolute beachfront loction , I am amazed that the hotel did not have a higher occupancy. You can spend over $800/night at the hotels and villas right next door, with the exact same beach front. The legendary Jimbaran seafood beach dining is just a 1 minute stroll away. But promise you will also buy a charcoal cooked corn cob from the old Balinese guy on the beach in front of the restaurants. It's absolutely divine. Give him a high 5 for us and tell him, from his Aussie friends. We didnt catch all the staff names, but a big thanks to Putu in reception and the staff in the restaurant. You all helped make our holiday a joy, and a special thanks for making our anniversary dinner a treasured memory.
