We had an absolutely amazing stay at the beautiful Natya Resort. From check in to check out all the staff were so attentive and welcoming, they really cannot do enough for you. We loved our private pool villa, which was such a luxury. We loved the concept of the 2 story villa and space that it had to offer. The villa was well decorated and had all required facilities. We also used the main pool, which is the best place to get the sun. This pool is rarely busy and is a nice change of scenery from the villa pool. We enjoyed the varied options offered in the al a carte breakfast and it was great that this was offered at the restaurant or in the room (free of charge). We had a few lunch and dinners too, which were reasonably price and tasty. I am a vegetarian and felt there were plenty of veggie options. We also made the most of the complimentary daily afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch. We both had a 60 minute massage at the Spa, which was great and was very well priced. I would definitely suggest having a treatment whilst staying here. We also paid for the laundry service, which was reasonably priced and efficient. The best thing about the resort is most definitely the stunning location and views. We felt very lucky waking up here for 5 days. The resort is a peaceful paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre however it is very easy to get to the centre and local tourist attractions via car. *The only thing we would make aware to future guests, is that some off of the villas are down several flights of steep steps. We are fortunate to be able to do these steps but we would suggest contacting the hotel if this is something that you would struggle with. We are very grateful for the staff who carried our luggage up and down those steps, we were impressed! Thank you again. We highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back some day.
