เกินความคาดหมายทุกประการ! คุ้มค่าเงินสุดๆ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและกว้างขวาง มีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวและอ่างอาบน้ำกลางแจ้ง อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมมาก ถ้ามีโอกาส จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

Honestly a beautiful and romantic place. Would stay again. All the staff was sooo extremely kind and thoughtful. Food was amazing. Spa was amazing. Just soo relaxing. If you need to rest and reconnect with your partner. This is the place for that.

I always wanted a nature view and a chill stay for my honeymoon. This is the place that satisfied my desire. Would recommend for newlyweds who loves a nature view in the pool. Staffs were very friendly too.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The spa ambience and welcome service did not meet our expectations, though the massage was good and the therapists were experienced. The room pool was dirty on arrival and was only cleaned the next day. Restaurant staff were professional, and breakfast and dinner quality and service were as expected. Most staff were polite, except for the night duty staff, whose service needs improvement and better anticipation. Special shout-out to Nita for the warm arrival and attentive service through our departure.

Very good choice for honeymoon trip. However, need to improve on cleanliness especially for the private pool. others, all good. we like the service

Regrettably, I must share my disappointment with the hotel's customer service during our recent stay. On the evening of the 10th Feb'24, after a tiring day of exploring, we encountered a landslide near the hotel due to heavy rain. Understanding the situation, we reached out to the hotel for assistance, hoping for guidance or support. However, the response from the hotel was disheartening. Despite our plea for help, we were simply told that nothing could be done until the road was cleared. This lack of empathy or willingness to assist guests in a challenging situation was truly disappointing. We were left stranded, exhausted from our travels, and unable to safely navigate the long walk back to the hotel in the rain. It was only through the ingenuity and compassion of our tour driver that we got from Klook that we were able to find a solution. He took the initiative to arrange for locals with bikes to transport us back to the hotel, showing more concern for our well-being than the hotel staff did. While I understand that natural occurrences like landslides are out of their control, the lack of proactive assistance or even basic concern for guests' safety was unacceptable. In the future, I hope the hotel will consider implementing better emergency protocols or at the very least, show more empathy and support for guests facing unexpected challenges. Our experience, unfortunately, fell short of the hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment. the good side is food is awesome.

This place is really best place in Ubud . Good , friendly and helpful stuff. You can enjoy the spa and the insane activities they have in addition to the amazing views

房間比較小，房間內的泳池不乾淨，服務人員態度很好，微笑服務，但衞生很不好👎服務員送過來的毛巾是臟的，根本無法使用，跟前台溝通答應換一個新的，但一直沒有下文。很不滿意😞酒店環境還不錯，公共泳池不適合游泳，台階太多了。早餐很好👍

Отель находится почти на старте тропы художников, довольно удобно для пеших прогулок и совершенно не удобно для транспорта. Отличный персонал, супер завтраки, очень красивые виды. Хотелось бы что бы на вилле 502 (и подобных) добавили какую нибудь крышу, что бы в дождь можно было сидеть на улице.

ウブドに1泊する為に利用しました。 部屋はプールがあり自然が見渡せる良い景色で気分もリフレッシュできました。気になった点はシャワーがあまり囲われていないため、水が部屋まで飛び散り床が濡れてしまったことです。ウブドということもあり部屋にも虫がたくさんいるので虫が苦手な方は少し大変かもしれません。 部屋での朝食にフローティングをお願いしましたが、とても可愛く素敵でした！
