Can't wait to return!! It's like coming home..only 5 ✨...poolside is so relaxing gardens are beautiful 😍 and food is 😋 delicious...service is excellent and friendly and welcoming....dolphin tour organized 🐬 for me..and massage is available at the resort..a tranquil reset and time for reflection....

The room is clean and the service is superb. I like the pool and the beach front scenery especially the sunset view.

The hotel and staff excellent. The breakfast Buffet was little disappointed as 90% of the guest was foreigners,mostly Germans,their should be more Western hot dishes than just ASEAN dishes,the bread could be better for 5 star and only one Cappuccino or Latte ,second need to be paid for sounds cheap for a 5 star hotel

Lovely resort. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. The restaurant is quite good, even if sometime the waiting time is a bit extended.

Had such a wonderful stay at The Lovina. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and explained everything very clearly. Staying in the resort the whole day was not a problem at all — the pool view, sea view, live band, and delicious food made the experience so enjoyable. It truly satisfied the eyes, ears, and taste buds all at once 🌅✨ Thanks to the driver who sent me to the airport. He shared a lot about Bali’s culture and attractions along the way, drove safely, and made sure I arrived on time. Really appreciated the hospitality throughout the stay 🤍

it was so perfect!!!! so close to the beach, the staff were super friendly, we were so happy. breakfast was also delicious!!! i will 10/10 go again, and also they offer swimming with dolphins hehehe i loved it!

Very good hotel, good for dolphin watching tour, boats can dock right outside the hotel, hotel have a buggy to take you to nearby shops

Good service. Good environmnet and good swimming pool and food. They even returned the lost passport for us.

The reason we booked The Lovina is because we want to watch dolphin early in the morning. We need to go to the jetty before sun rise. We requested hotel shuttle to the beach but hotel staff could not fulfill. Room is spacious & big but a bit old. Breakfast is good. Overall above average..

Cleanliness is poor. Pillow case even has stains on it. Telephone and toilets are stinks. No smart tv.

The service was amazing, outstanding levels. The rooms were clean, enough amenities and cooking equipment. The pool was clean and the food was really good. The staff cater to all fo your needs. You can book tours through the hotel and there is a gift shop.
