Very good hotel, good for dolphin watching tour, boats can dock right outside the hotel, hotel have a buggy to take you to nearby shops

Good service. Good environmnet and good swimming pool and food. They even returned the lost passport for us.

The reason we booked The Lovina is because we want to watch dolphin early in the morning. We need to go to the jetty before sun rise. We requested hotel shuttle to the beach but hotel staff could not fulfill. Room is spacious & big but a bit old. Breakfast is good. Overall above average..

Cleanliness is poor. Pillow case even has stains on it. Telephone and toilets are stinks. No smart tv.

The service was amazing, outstanding levels. The rooms were clean, enough amenities and cooking equipment. The pool was clean and the food was really good. The staff cater to all fo your needs. You can book tours through the hotel and there is a gift shop.

酒店性價比高，環境優美，房間很舒服，泳池旁邊就是沙灘，有很多船可以自己去談出海項目。服務非常非常好，特別點贊一個長得很帥的小哥，開着酒店車車帶我們去鎮上超市買東西，取錢。酒店spa訂滿了，又帶我們去了一家鎮上很便宜的spa，晚上還來接了我們。希望改進的地方是酒店的吹風機，衹有300瓦的功率，還沒我嘴巴吹的風大，長頭髮要吹半小時才能幹，應該淘汰了。燒水壺也是一樣，燒個開水半天沒動靜，沒個20-30分鐘燒不開，急人。

酒店環境設施一般般，不過酒店有瑜伽課、印尼舞課。一早起來追海豚還是很方便，在酒店訂第二天一早的船票和叫醒服務，六點出發追海豚。這次來雖然沒能看到海豚🐬，但海上的日出和追海豚的過程還是令人愉悦。

房間很大，酒店就在海邊，有自己的沙灘，可以在海邊享受晚餐，有現場樂隊演唱，酒店工作人員很專業，入住時候會告知所有可以免費享受的項目，去接駁車，自行車，海上運動，每天課程等。看海豚從酒店的沙灘直接出發。後悔衹訂了兩晚。

酒店比較老了，但總體衞生狀況良好，離海灘一步之遙，酒店的日落酒吧很不錯，夕陽很美，還是要注意蟲子，避免被咬。

這個價格，旺季住在這樣的酒店，簡直是驚喜，跟我們另外一個1200的酒店的感受幾乎不相上下。贈送的歡迎飲可以在日落餐廳喝，就在海邊看日落，環境很好，有現場樂隊唱歌，免費划船，真的是天堂，恨自己沒有多住幾天，酒店內部很乾凈，基礎設施都有，早餐非常好吃！免費的接駁車可以接送附近的任何spa館和餐廳，我哭死。追海豚的話，船長可以到酒店的沙灘上直接接你，很方便！總之，800以內預算的話，這家無敵，住！

酒店非常值得，傍晚看着夕陽吃晚飯，很愜意，歐洲人居多。去追海豚，酒店對面直接船長預訂，方便，也不用早起。女兒説早知道多玩幾天就好了
