We booked the Royal Villa and it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay with Uma Sapna. The villa was spacious, clean and had sufficient open air areas for tanning which we loved. Would definitely want to come back here when we re back in Bali.

Uma Sapna is a class resort. It is staffed with the most pleasant people on the planet. Everything is as the photos show, or even better.

Very warm service. Staff very friendly. Villa is clean and cozy. Kilo restaurant’s food and breakfast excellent. Tetra spa also provides a very nice spa experience. Highly recommended.😊

4박5일 발리 여행을 준비하면서 개인수영장이 있는곳을 찾아보다 우마사프나를 발견하고 블로그 유튜브 리뷰를 찾아 봤지만 정확하게 전달해주는 리뷰들도 없어서 걱정을 많이 했습니다 첫째. 위치는 공항에서 25분정도 거리 그랩으로 보통 10만루피아정도 우리는 우마사프나에서 유료제공하는 차량을 예약해서 20만루피아로 이용했습니다 가격은 비싸지만 그랩잡고 그러는게 귀찮아서 미리 왓챠를 이용해서 예약 잡아 미리예약했더니 우리가 묵고있는 숙소로 와서 카운터를 통해 연락이 와서 로비로갔더니 기사님 대기중 가방도 들어주고 숙소까지 편하**동했습니다 스미냑비치까지 걸어서 15분 차로는 5분 갈때는 차타고 이동 올때는 걸어서 숙소로갔어요 편의점은 3분 거리에 두개나있어요. 정말가까워요 둘째. 숙소는 로얄동 예약했어요 이그젝하고는 수영장 길이 차이더라고요 일반동은 자쿠지정도 사각 으로 되어있어 야외에있는 사각 욕조 느낌. 우리가 묵은 로얄동은 9미터 짜리 수영장에 내부에 큰침대1개 화장실1개 샤워실1개 욕조1개 세면대2개 외부 탁자 의자 쇼파 썬배드 캡슐머신기(캡슐1일4개줘요)정수기 냉장고 냉동고도 됩니다 도자기 식기도 제공해요 셋째. 찾아보니 발리 수질이 안좋아서 걱정을 많이 했습니다 발리도착하자마자 묵은 노보텔 샤워필터가져가서 사용을 했는데 샤워한번하니 누래지더라고요 그래서 더걱정을하고 우마사프나에 도착하자마자 필터 설치 비데에 사용하는 필터와 필터가들어있는 샤워헤드1개 세면대 쓰는 필터2개 필터1개는 세면대 설치 필터1개는욕조쪽에설치 비데필터1개는 샤워기쪽 비데필터1개는 해바라기샤워기에 4박5일동안 쓰고 5일날 다시해체했을때보니 필터 좀 누랬지만 노보텔보다 덜 누랬고요 필터가 없어도 될꺼같은데 아무래도 석회가 있는물이라서 아무래도 가능하면필터 사용권장합니다 양치는 빌라에서 제공하는 생수로 꼭하시는게 좋아요 수영장 수질은 최고였어요 가기전 왓챠로 연락을 해서 수영장 수질에대해 물어봤고 답변은 ph수치로 관리하다고 걱정말라고 답장이왔고 말그대로 수질은 좋았습니다 넷째. 서비스는 너무 좋았어요 영어를 잘못해서 걱정이 많았는데 왓챠앱이 있어서 객실에 필요한거나 궁금한것들을 번역기돌려서 왓챠앱에 담당직원과 문자가능해서편했어요 청소같은것도 우리언제나갈예정 이니 그때맞춰해달라하고 조식도 플로팅해달라 방에서 먹겠다하면 다해주더라고요 팁은 필수는 아니지만 저희는 받는 서비스에 대해 만족을하고 욕구하는거에 잘들주는거에 감사해서 성의표시는 했어요 마지막으로 빌라에서 제공하는 유료차량서비스 이용하실때 가격을담당하는 직원에 따라 달라지더라고요 공항노보텔에서 숙소까지 20만루피아 였는데 다시 숙소에서 공항노보텔갈때는 25만루피아 달라고해서 항의했더니20만루피아로 해줬어요 참고하세요

아.. 아쉽습니다. 스미냑에 있는 동안 총 5박을 했으며 우마사프나에서 2박을 했습니다. 여기에서만 5박을 할 걸 그랬습니다. 이후에 5성급, 그리고 3배 되는 가격의 리조트에 묵었는데, 만족도가 비슷합니다. 가격대비 최고입니다. 매우 청결하고, 매우 조용하며, 조식이 제공되는 빌라옆 레스토랑의 맛도 좋습니다. 저녁마다 그곳에서 식사를 했습니다. 그리고 퇴실 후에 빌라에 있는 테라스파에서 마사진를 받았는데, 호텔에 투숙하는 동안 왜 가지 않았었는지 너무 후회가 됩니다. 이후에도 두번이나 방문해서 마사지를 받았습니다. 오일리한 마사지가 싫어서 타이마사지를 받았는데, 불편했던 몸이 너무 편해졌습니다. 스파를 꼭 이용하세요.

Excellent, fabulous, nothing negative to even say. Love our time here and will be back again! The villas are well designed, everything works, clean and so comfortable. The staff are delightful, warm and friendly. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended

Upon arrival we were met by warm friendly staff. The private villa was as presented in the online images. The bed villa was clean and spacious. A great base from which to relax. The food and room service was excellent as were the staff. Great service.

We had an amazing stay at Una Sapna for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely attentive. The private villa we had (Obi) was stunning. Although we didn’t get the sun all day it didn’t matter. Option for floating breakfast we would recommend. The villa is extremely central and perfect for our stay in Seminyak.

The most beautiful stay at Uma Sapna. The staff were incredible and so friendly, with fantastic English. The facility was so well looked after and maintained, nothing looked aged at all. Extremely spacious rooms and villa grounds with the grass area for the kids, and a larger sized private pool. Fantastic breakfast and room service dinner options through the Kilo restaurant

Great location right in the heart of shopping and dining yet still incredibly quiet once you go inside the doors of the resort. Private pool is amazing and something we used many times every day. Ate some of the best food I’ve ever eaten at kilo restaurant

Cleanliness, staff and location were very good. We were very pleased. Breakfast is served in a very high-quality cafe. Also, the massage was great, we had it 2 days out of 3. On the first day, we traveled with the hotel's driver and the driver was very friendly. He was very positive and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone.

I travelled alone. Always felt safe. The staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Big villas, private pools, clean and well maintained On site restaurant Kilo is a great breakfast spot. The spa is also lovely Well located for walks tobeach, cafes and shops
