พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี แต่ขออภัย ห้องพักสกปรก เสื่อสกปรก ฉันต้องขอเปลี่ยน มีเส้นผมบนที่นอนใต้ผ้าห่มและมีหนวดเคราตกค้างในอ่างล้างจาน ฝุ่นบนหัวจับและจิ้งจกบนเซรามิก ผนังห้องน้ำไม่ได้ถูกเช็ดออก ฉันเห็นรอยน้ำบนผนัง ไฟบางดวงไม่ทำงาน มีรอยไหม้บนรีโมท AC ขออภัยหากรีวิวของฉันไม่ดี แต่คุณต้องให้ความสนใจกับเกสต์เฮาส์ของคุณจริงๆ ไม่เป็นไรถ้าอาคารเก่าแต่คุณไม่สามารถยอมรับได้ถ้ามันสกปรก น่าขยะแขยงมาก ฉันขอโทษ แต่โปรดใช้แง่บวก

กลิ่นเหม็นในห้องแรงมากจนเราออกก่อนคืนที่ 2 ทั้งที่เราวางแผนไว้ 4 คืน! ผ้าปูที่นอนสกปรก ห้องน้ำสกปรก ไม่มีอะไรสะอาด นอกจากนี้เรายังมีห้องที่ 6 ซึ่งมองเห็นด้านหลังของโรงแรมซึ่งมีงานเกิดขึ้น! ไม่มีอะไรน่ากลัว เดินหน้าต่อไป!

Great stay, greet location, quiet, very well priced as I got it on sale. 100% would stay again.

We book this villa at only RM250/night (or around 960k rupiah) per night. This is definitely a steal. Not much review online, or even from Google, so we are actually trying our luck. And boy, the villa exceeds expectation! The room is so clean, complete amenities at the pantry (you can even do light cooking), the private pool is well kept with the garden well maintained. Just wish they provide also iron in the room as it won't cost that much for better customer experience. The staff is friendly and let us for early check in. My husband requested for bath tub decor and they did it right away. We love the tub decor! The place is so serene and quiet; perfect for a getaway. But no walkable beach/eateries/mart around, so best to rent a bike or take a grab. Minor hiccups when we asked for room clean up, and when we come back at night, the room is still a mess, called up the reception, and they did come and clean our room right away without much questioning. Appreciate it! Service from staff was top notch. Did mention also in their feedback form, there are minor water stain at the wall which actually need a look from the management, hopefully they get it fix. We stay at Villa 2. Overall, it was a great stay at Dikubu Villa. Highly recommended!

The staff were really nice and kind. But the sheets doesn’t seem liked changed. It stinks and I can’t really sleep well.

This is close to everything in very central location. You can literally go out and buy fresh veggies and everything. Breakfast is very simple rice and egg. There is motorcycle parking in as well. It was a good day for the price paid.

one of the best stay. the villa is still so new so it’s a jackpot for us. though at first we didn’t put and high expectations due to the total we pay. but turns out it was amazing 5nights stay. my daughter is super happy and would love to repeat again. from service, cleanliness to everything is top notch. repeat soon!

Very nice place actually and really welcoming staff, beautiful surroundings, cosy inner garden and a swimming pool. But the hotel surely needs renovation, needs asap🙏
