Friendly staff, Comfy room, strategies location. All perfect.

Good location. Walking distance to cafes. Room is clean spacious and with the pool right infront of balcony.

모든 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 나갔다 들어올때마다 반갑게 인사해주고 프론트에 24시 상주하시는 분이 계셔서 새벽에 나갈때도 무섭지 않았어요 ! 방 컨디션도 너무 좋고 가성비 최고입니다 너무나 힐링하고 가요 직원분들 모두 건강하세요 ♥️

Purana Suite Ubud far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area and I hope to visit again some day. The hotel has a boutique feel to it with ~14 units available. The location is very walkable with many popular attractions close by: Sacred Monkey Forest, Yoga Barn, Ubud Palace, Ubud Water Palace, Starbucks, many shops, restaurants, markets, and money changer locations to choose from. The hotel has a list of free activities onsite, a free shuttle for the central Ubud area, and they can help book or provide advice or book a variety of tours. You can also arrange for pickup at from Denpasar Airport for a fee. I participated in the free Yoga class, which was exceptional. I ate at the Bale Gajah Resto numerous times and had coffee from the The Bale Bar - both had delicious food, beverages and exceptional service. There is a Sunday Sunset rooftop dinner with live BBQ and Balinese dance performances (300,000 IDR per person at the time of this review). I enjoyed both. The infinity pool is very relaxing and was never crowded. Many people swam in it but did so at different times so it's almost like having a pool to yourself. Uttam Spa also offers a variety of services, which is located on the upper level. I enjoyed a massage, which comes with a complementary snack and tea. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. They have all the necessities that travelers come to expect and provide bottled water, which is refilled daily. There is a mini bar with additional drinks and snacks available for purchase. What made my stay the most memorable are the people that work here. EVERYONE is incredibly kind, caring and respectful. They all know your name and remember it. As a solo traveler, I felt completely welcomed just like everyone else. They always ask how your day is, how you slept, if there's anything you need, etc. It doesn't feel like they are asking because they work there - it feels like they actually care. I commented at how friendly everyone is and they responded saying you're like family (probably nicer than some families - haha). 10/10 Recommend!! Thank you Gali, Ketut, Losi, Adhe, Derek, Dika, Deanna, Tini and the rest of the Purana staff for making this trip special. 🙏🏼

From the pre stay communication to the checkout and everything in between Purana does not disappoint. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food is excellent and the rooms first class. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Larger than average pool was lovely to slip into after trapsing the hot streets of Ubud. We took advantage of the rooftop bbq and traditional dance on Sunday nights. Well worth the price and an up close experience you are unlikely to experience elsewhere. Could not fault anything. We will be back! Thanks Purana team.

What can I say about our stay, apart from we were blown away by the hospitality and service by all the staff! The rooms were big, beds comfortable and everything we needed was just a call or request away! The junction outside is busy but don’t let that put you off, this place is an oasis behind those doors! We had the anniversary package and had a beautiful romantic dinner on the terrace , we booked in for sunset dinner with Balinese dancing which was lovely, loved that they remember our names throughout the stay and also when we returned from outside they would say welcome home 💗, we also had a massage which was just so relaxing ! Wish we could have stayed longer ! Thank you to all the staff at Purana you made our stay memorable 💗💗💗

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The service is perfect and the staff was so friendly and super helpful. Room were super clean and all the facilities as well would recommend this 100% for all travelers. The location is also excellent

I strongly recommend this hotel due to its staff, simple and couzy place lovely people at all. The punctuality of the hotel drivers to take and pick me up in the center of Ubud was amazing. What an experience, the only place to stay when in UBUD Bali. Such an excellent stay, with the service, rooms, cleanliness and location everything just exceeded itself. Every member of the team was excellent, but a special shout out to Manik as it felt like we were home every time we entered the hotel. Highly recommended Purana Suite 😊

10/10 staff 10/10 location walking distance to monkey forest 10mins and the rest of Ubud walking distance Many restaurants and bars shops all along the road the hotel is on. Breakfast fresh and good (minor thing need to pre order with time) Pool area and ambience around the hotel fantastic Rooms fantastic We had some minor issues whilst at the hotel that the wonderful staff sorted professionally and very quick to our satisfaction,would we stay again probably if back in Ubud mainly for the staff and location as it’s at the top end of rates for the area. Ubud is a fantastic authentic place to visit can’t wait to return all the restaurants are top notch big variety and for European travellers it’s excellent value for money.

Simply perfect experience all round. The staff were unbelievably kind and attentive and the hotel a perfect combination of traditional and modern styles. The room was comfortable and large and the spa was exceptional- I would definitely stay here again.

Over nine days, every day at Purana Suite Ubud delivered and exceeded my expectations. From the incredible team who worked at the reception, restaurant to hosuekeeping, they were all smiles and genuinely intent in making my stay comfortable and feeling welcomed. My room on the top level was comfortable and generously sized. From my balcony, views of the pool and a beautiful garden. The breakfast menu was full of options and they were generous with what you could order. Catering to both western and indonesian cuisines, delicious. I had breakfast delivered to my room every morning and it arrived as scheduled when i sent in my order the night before. There is beautiful artwork in the restaurant which is a gallery as well so if you are into art, this is a treat. The hotel is located within walking distance to Yoga Barn and a 15 minute motorcycle ride to the Pyramids of Chi. It is a 20 minute walk to the Monkey Forest and along the main road, there are many good restaurants so you don't have to venture far. If you are working remotely, the internet here is fantastic so I never had issues with video calls. I will be back again when I am staying in Ubud. Thank you for an incredible stay.
