Very stylish hotel in a great location, not far away from Ubud Palace and the Monkey forest. The staff are welcoming and very professional. Breakfast is 10/10. Totally recommend the day tour by the resort. The car was new and clean with in-car wifi, and the driver/ tour guide offered a very well introduction to the places we visited. A very nice experience and I'll definitely choose this resort if I visited Ubud again (and I will!)

Nice boutique resort. Very nice pool with great view of the forest. Breakfast is good too, Asian and western breakfasts are available. Staff are very friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel, the pool/ restaurant area has stunning views and is well designed. Our room was clean and comfortable. The service was very good.

Excellent staff, the location was very good, everything was fine until they started their renovation at 7 am. The staff were exceptional, especially Joos, our driver and guide. He is an adorable and kind person, I will highly recommend Goya and will be back soon. ❤️ Charles

Our Goya stay was an absolute delight ! We had a pool villa with a super comfortable bed and spacious semi-open bathroom.  It is stylishly designed with a perfect balance of traditional Balinese elements and modern comforts.  The thoroughness and the use of natural materials create an ambience of serenity and relaxation, making it a haven for rest and rejuvenation. To celebrate my wife’s birthday, the Resort specially arranged for us an unforgettable romantic dinner in a beautifully decorated pavilion located in an open area near the main infinity pool.  The dinner table was gorgeously surrounded by a nice-looking heart-shaped pattern made from flower petals.  On the ground near the table, there were also pretty petals spelling the words I love you.  The food for dinner was first rate.  Every dish was so delectable.  All of these really gave us a deep and favorable impression and we were greatly appreciated.  A big thank you to the wonderful team for making the occasion so memorable !! The resort staff are incredibly welcoming, brilliant and their quality service is something we never experienced before.  A special thanks to Eka for her highly enthusiastic attitude, polite manner and warm smile on her face. Last but not least, thank you for the awesome, fancy and tasty floating breakfast !! 😊

This is a must stay hotel in Ubud. We loved it so much. Location, ambience, food, spa massages, pool.. so so good

Quite disappointed by our experience there. Although the good situation and the beautiful view, the hotel is not so kid friendly and less charming than other hotels we have booked in Bali. We were not aware that works were done on the building next, providing noise during the day…. What we are very disappointed about is that during one night we couldn’t sleep at all due to a strong continuous noise due to water drops at 2 o’clock… we called the reception and they succeed in finding that it was a guy cleaning the swimming pool…. When we have done the check out and complained, we have been given a WhatsApp contact number to discuss a gesture from their side but they have never answered. The price of the night clearly doesn’t deserve the quality of clients expectations

일단 직원들이 천사임 조식 대체로 맛있고(특히 프렌치토스트 굿) 우붓 로컬음식들은 좀 짠편이나 여기 음식은 간이 적당함 빈땅이랑 미트러버 피자 조합 미쳤음 수영장과 샤워기 등 수질 자체가 관리가 잘된편인거같음 숙소비용 하나도 안아까운 느낌 잘 쉬다갑니다 Terima kasih~

很驚艷的精品酒店，服務和早餐都很不錯。入住的第二天白天沒有預訂到車，最後找的酒店、很快就幫我們安排了兩輛車，司機服務很到位。唯一要注意的就是房間裏不要放吃的，因為螞蟻會爬進來。
