We stayed there for 3 nights. what went wrong was the 3rd night. we were just came back to the htl arround 8 pm. There were a party by the poolside. The sound was very noisy with the MC and singer. My room is facing the pool and I could see the stage. I made a call to the reception from my room 3 times. 1. I asked then to rurn down the volume and what time the would finish? She said 12 midnigt. they never turned down the volume 2. I asked again again to please turn down the volume. they never did I was called back to move to other room for a while until the party finished. Of course I rejected. (this was my 3rd night and i would check out in the morning). 3. At 11pm I called again to ******* stop. Cause they even playad dance music that make me sick to my ear. I found that they did not care at all with the complains at all. why they did not call or text us to change room a day before or not to put us in that pool facing room if they already had plan for a party. I was sure they planned it long before we came. We were very disappointed not just about that noisy party but they way they handled the complains. Never coming back

The hotel is good, but the laundry service was disappointing. A receptionist told me the price was 35,000 IDR per kilogram, but it turned out to be 35,000 IDR for only 5 items. They charged an unreasonable amount for washing a few pairs of socks and also added an extra 9,000 IDR fee that nobody could explain. On top of that, they tried to charge me for a second laundry order even though I used the service only once. The staff insisted that I had used it twice. Overall, the hotel itself was good, but the laundry service felt confusing and overpriced.

My stay at Brits Hotel Legian was really pleasant ! The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is well looked after, with daily cleaning and care taken to keep the rooms and hallways tidy and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely, nice and clean, great for a relaxing swim. Breakfast had a good mix of local dishes, which I enjoyed trying. The only small thing is that you might need to walk a short distance, maybe 300-500 meters, to find restaurants or shops nearby. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Bali !

Staff were fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. Hotel is not located near anything, need transport everytime you want to go out shopping/massages/food etc. Pool and bar area were good. Restaurant - Hot breakfast was good cold breakfast was ok. Our room needed maintenance, shower was cold or scalding, miror and some tiles need replacing. Windows were filthy couldn't basically not see out of then. Walls are thin so if you have neighbours its very noisy. Foul smell everytime you entered the room. In house spa - massages were ok however facials were terrible. Not many options to choose from.

Nice hotel with attentive staff and a lovely pool. However it is quite open plan and noisy in the mornings and through the night.
