Honestly, one of the best Hotel in Ubud Bali

Excellent stay, such that I want to return again! The amenities at Westin is the best part of the stay, with a whole range of activities to choose from and a wonderful breakfast spread. The team also upgraded my junior suite to a king suite. Wonderful stay indeed.

I love how westin keep elevate standard as a great hotel, what a nice amenities, all with green tea perfumed. Bed so comfort, very clean and cozy room and the highlight is staff personality. Start with a front who told story about his experience, staff who told history about how hotel stayed through pandemic, staff who noticed my daughter loves colouring and gave her coloring material during breakfast, staff who noticed how little she ate and then offered her pancake to make. I feel listened well and could be in touch with them, i love how people here worked profesionally while maintain they personality. Perhaps the only con is breakfast is really western centered while asian and indonesian seems a bit sad like the menu didnt harmony each other at the time i stayed. Shuttle was provided to city center only at 10.00, 13.00 pm and 16.30 pm so better you have vehicle option if you stayed here

Amazing and flawless 10/10 stay at The Westin Ubud Bali. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next. The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to General Manager Saraswati, whose hands-on leadership is evident everywhere; you can feel how much she genuinely cares about both guests and her team. Darma at the lobby bar is a standout… his attention to detail and craftsmanship behind the bar made every visit memorable. Yana ensures the restaurants runs like clockwork, delivering a smooth, polished, and faultless dining experience every time. And Arta and Crisna—your work ethic and standards are simply outstanding. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property. Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team. This is Marriott. This is Westin. And this is hospitality done at its very best.

I really enjoyed my 4 nights stay here. The staffs are always very welcoming and nice. The room is spacious with comfortable bed. the facilities are good especially the swimming pool with a good forest view. The restaurants are nice with very reasonable price. Especially the Chinese New Year eve dinner was very special and nicely organized. Even though our first room was a bit noisy because it was close to the lift, the hotel offered another quieter room and they gave us free drinks and platter to compensate for our trouble.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Pool was fantastic as were the rooms. Definitely be back.

This magical, inclusive event created such a festive atmosphere, and our son absolutely loved the experience. The service at the Westin was friendly, but I had an item stolen from my room. When I changed rooms, my electric razor disappeared. Staff couldn't resolve the issue. While the hotel is comfortable, security is crucial. I wouldn't recommend it until this improves.

The Westin Ubud was an amazing stay and offered a perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. The hotel has a beautiful setting surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well designed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were warm, attentive, and always helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread had a good variety, and the pool views were stunning. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.

Our first time in Bali and the Westin was a great location. Perfect for pick up to go on tours and general sightseeing. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and our room had access to a garden grassed area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

We booked a double bed but got two single ones next to each other without any acknowledgment which was disappointing. However, they looked after us well and left cute notes and towel art which made up for it. T

Located some distance from the city center. Very scenic jungle Forrest landscape. Amazing pool bar food was mediocre but the breakfast was very good. Rooms are spacious and clean
