This hotel needs to update their website. There was no Wi-Fi in the bedrooms only in the lobby. Which was a really PAIN. No transfers as advertised, my travel agent had to organise private transfers. No shuttle buses to the shops. The onsite restaurant was only serving breakfast to the room and choices were very limited. No lunch or dinner was being offered. The toiletries were only shampoo, liquid body wash and shower cap. I know a lot of these issues are because of Covid and the hotel not being fully booked, but the management MUST update the website so guests are aware what is currently available and not available. However all the staff at the resort including the Manager Agus and the receptionist were ever so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. All of our requests and queries were attended to with a smile.
