Loved staying here. Staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating. Using WhatsApp for communication made things easy and quick! Understanding that you are in a blissful quiet jungle area helps you adapt and be flexible to what surrounds you. Pool villa was the right size for a couple although nice even on my own! Luxurious with great options for dinner/room service and spa treatments. Breakfast had heaps of options although I stuck to the freshly made eggs and made to order food which were both deliciously nourishing to start your day of exploring Ubud. And you could sit and soak in the jungle atmosphere while having your Bali coffee or masala chai ! Would definitely consider coming back here

It was a bit awkward to get to the central. Also, how they have designed their shower/bathtub is a joke. It’s terrible! The water goes everywhere on the floor. They need to come up with a better architectural design for bathrooms.

The facility is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and super attentive to guests needs. Anything I need was attended to immediately. The pool is absolutely gorgeous with crystal clear water. The restaurant is very nice and the food was always very good. The Balinese Ristafal mini was so good I think I had it 3 times. Saturday night they had a BBQ buffet and live Legong Dancing. It was one of the nicest stays I’ve had in my many years of visiting Bali. Definitely made my list of places I will visit again. All of that comfort surrounded by a beautiful jungle setting! Treat yourself and stay there!

Where do I begin? The hotel is distant from all the busyness and it's beautiful and quiet. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing and great backdrop for pictures. Restaurant and spa at the hotel are also great. The room is beautiful but especially in the bathroom (and bathtub) you can tell it hasn't been renovated or updated since it was built. At this price point, I would expect the bathroom to be different! All in all though, I would stay here again but am hopeful that renovation works are being undertaken soon in the bathrooms!

Ada layanan free shuttle untuk ke central Ubud.

Замечательный отель и место. Уютные и чистые домики посреди мобильной растительности. Это то что не хватает, когда ты живёшь в городе.

Отель сам прекрасный, завтраки богатые, можно выбрать. Персонал очень дружелюбный , при заселении угостили приветственным напитком и мы сразу попали на afternoon tea который был бесплатный для гостей с прекрасным видом. Не остались надолго так как очень далеко от центра убуда и всех достопримечательностей! Номера тоже понравились, но насекомые были. И поэтому мы плохо спали. А так в целом, супер
