I had to stop midway through a long drive and would have kept on driving if I'd seen this place before stayng there.
In a no-so-good part of Bakersfield, this property had a fenced parking along the building. Though security was present, there was more than on car with people just sitting in them. I was worried all night about the car.
The back entry door didn't have a handle, just a knob to pull it open
The hallways were better, but nothing of note.
The room had a note... one of slight urine or musk. It was a large room and the smell faded as you turned the corner to the bed area. The ac/heat was older and the bathroom was possibly older.
The one amazing part was the comfort of the bed. I'm guessing new mattresses, as they it was very childishly comfortable.

Our TV didn’t work. We called the front desk who said they would call us back. Never did. Our room had windows facing the back and at 5:21 am, two plus roosters started doing what they do. It didn’t stop.

Everything was good except the shower area. Shower was difficult in avoiding water from hitting tile area since shower glass wasn’t enclosed.

Property appeared recently renovated, but the renovation was not done in a quality manner and the property has not been well maintained since the renovation.

Check in was quick. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and we loved the jetted tub! Pillows can use an upgrade, bed was ok. All in all a great experience.

First of all my room wasn’t ready when I check in I had to come back half an hour later only one towel. The worst that it happens was my car was vandalized some one broke my car window and still my daughters purse it wasn’t only me 8 cars were vandalized on hotel property the manager said that the hotel was not responsable for that. It was the worst experience I ever had . I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL

Old.....loose faucet.... Not clean, I found a large toy of previous family under the bed.... No toilet paper....two towels for four persons..... No milk for breakfast.....And to top it off, cars were broken into overnight

The staff was nice upon greeting. The room itself was terrible, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was grime on the walls, curtains, carpets. The room smelt like cigarettes even though it was non-smoking. The door to the room had a gap underneath making it so we could hear everything going on outside the room. There was stray cats walking around the parking lot. We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel even after driving 12 hours. Do not recommend even if it’s just for a night.
