Bacolux Diana Resort, Herculane

Diana Resort Hotel bei der Rezeption sind nett und freundlich, außer in Restaurant gibt's es ein Paar Jugendliche Mitarbeiter die neben der Theke standen, direkt an der Tür was zu Küche geht. Als ich abends mit ein Getränk bestellt habe, haben die angefangen miteinander so Laut zu lachen wie in Kindergarten. Die Reinigungskraft ist sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Problem mit warm Wasser, sofort kam ein Techniker und hat das Problem gelöst. Wir hatten ein Nicht Raucher Zimmer, es hat nach Rauch aber gerochen. In Badezimmer sollte an den Fugen und Ecken der Schimmel entfernt werden. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und Frühstück Buffet. Es gibt sogar Wasserspender kostenlos bei dem Eingang und Spa. Das Hotel liegt etwas oben auf dem Berg, für die die Laufen gerne oder kein Problem mit Beine haben, ist es Super, es gibt überall Treppen zu steigen oder an der Straße entlang zu laufen, innerhalb 5-10 Minuten ist man unten bei den Restaurants und Mini Market. Das Hotel bietet Taxi für sehr wenig Geld.

A good hotel, centrally located (next to other hotel units), offering a superb view (either of the mountains or the city), with the option for spa treatments and medical staff available. The hotel staff is attentive to the guests' needs and very friendly. Clean rooms with spacious balconies, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. An outdoor pool and an indoor pool perfectly complement the spa experience. The hotel has restaurants with large terraces (meals can be served outside), offering classic Romanian cuisine. Whether for a short stay or a longer vacation, Hotel Diana Bacolux in Herculane is definitely a great option to consider.

We came here for one day, friends who had been in this hotel a few months before recommend it, but I was disappointed: Firstly at the reception they told us they do not have a single room and we must accept one double, of course with more money. Second we did not get bathrobes and disposable slippers, are promised but did not receive anything! It was so hard to go to the pool without them, remeber that was at the beginning of the winter. - In balconies it would be good to have a table and ashtray. - should have a shower curtain for bath or the water is spread. - no wifi at upper levels + Breakfast was rich and varied. in conclusion, the facilities have not been in accordance with the offer.

Didn't find the booking on arrival, booked on the same day by phone, took them 24 hours to bring a extra pillow for my daughter, lifts not working we used the stairs to go down from the 10th floor with 4 years old child, rooms not been refreshed daily, beds haven't been made at all during our stay of 4 nights, breakfast very poorly. Not recommended .

Had some issue with the initial room, but after contacting the reception, I received a free upgraded room, and the next day, I received a wonderful fruit basket from the reception that was much appreciated, and decided to stay one more night.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. My mother slipped and fell in the bathroom due to unsafe, slippery floors — no anti-slip mat, no grab bars, nothing. The conditions are far below any reasonable standard, and definitely not what you expect even from a basic hotel. Thankfully, she didn’t break anything, but she was badly shaken and bruised. The accident could have been much worse — and it should never have happened in the first place if proper safety measures were in place. This is not a place I’d ever return to, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Extremely poor conditions and lack of safety. Avoid.

a very nice hotel in Baile Herculane with 3* conditions , clean rooms , nice personel, good breakfast , surprisingly good for a ex comunist big hotel in this mountain small city. the city center is now in the process of reconstruction so a place worth going maybe even more next year !

We had 2 lovely nights with bufee breakfast! The food was great, plenty of choices, fresh! We had also 2 dinners at the restaurant, we asked the waiter to choose the food, excellent idea! The personnel was more than kind. The room was clean, large, the bath with jacuzzi ! The view was magnificent! Everything was perfect!
