Overall, our stay was good. The location is convenient, right in front of Session Road and near Burnham Park. The staff were accommodating and helpful. One suggestion is to provide at least a rack or hook in the CR (bathroom) where guests can hang their towels.

We stayed at Benguet Prime Hotel for 9 days, and while the service was commendable - special mention to housekeeping staff Jimuel and Gohan for their attentiveness and professionalism - the overall experience was disappointing due to the hotel's amenities. The property itself feels old and in need of renovations. The flush in the bathroom was not working properly, and the rags/toiletries provided were below the expected 3-star standard. Complimentary items should also be updated, as they did not add value to the stay. Breakfast was the same every single day throughout our stay, which became monotonous. Additionally, the hotel had an unpleasant smell, as if someone was smoking in nearby rooms, which made the environment uncomfortable. Maintenance also seemed reactive rather than proactive — cleaning and upkeep only happened when guests called in, instead of following a proper schedule. Overall, while the staff's service was very good, the facilities and amenities fell short of expectations. We left disappointed and hope the management considers renovations and improvements to match the standards they advertise.

We stayed at Benguet Prime Hotel for one night as part of our son’s birthday celebration. We initially spent three days in Elyu (La Union) before heading up to Baguio, and the hotel was a convenient place to stay for our quick Baguio trip. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s right in the heart of Session Road and very close to many of Baguio’s popular tourist spots, restaurants, and places to explore. This was definitely one of the biggest advantages of staying here. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. The front desk team, in particular, gave us a warm welcome and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The room itself was good, especially if you're mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep, rest, and take a bath after a full day of exploring Baguio. Overall, we had a great stay + a great view of the busy session road. The only area that could use some improvement is cleanliness. Since the building is quite old, I think extra attention to deep cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference. We noticed some dust buildup inside the closet, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or touched for some time. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Benguet Prime Hotel, especially for travelers looking for a convenient location right in the heart of Baguio.

Writing Very disappointing experience—poor service, uncomfortable facilities, and not worth the money.

The location is excellent, 5/5. However, the room was disappointing—the linens had an unpleasant odor and the bathroom was not clean.

Even thou the service was god and staff are courteous, sad to say, I think even if the building is old, they should replace their furniture most specially the bed as I wasn't able to sleep at night due to bed bugs bite that keeps me scraching the whole nights.

The hotel boasts a truly enviable location, complemented by a team of staff who exude genuine Warth and hospitality. However, the charm of the service is unfortunately overshadowed by the condition of the rooms. The interiors feel tired and in need of a modern refresh; specifically, the quality and hygiene of the linens were below an acceptable standards. Furthermore, the shower experience was hindered by very low water pressure, detracting from what should have been a relaxing stay.

Prime hotel's location is the reason we always stay here. Room is good enough. Staff at the restaurant are nice to us, however, the ladies at the front desk are not to warm and welcoming. The young guy wearing white long sleeves is very accommodating though. Good fellow! Other staff you come across, are respectful and hospitable.

The location of this hotel is at the spot of the, perhaps, busiest place in Baguio. The room assigned though has an out-of-order shower, and a defective telephone with no dial tone or line to the reception.

It was a good stay overall for this hotel though upon check in the room, there was a small problem in the toilet which I reported and they fix it while we are on our day out and when we came back in the evening, the issue has been fixed! Staffs are all Friendly, helpful and approachable! Good location because it’s very accessible to public transport and near to tourist spots like Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Baguio Public Market and SM City Baguio!  Will still consider when we come back to Baguio! Thank you!

The hotel is awful. Needs 100% renovation. Clogged sink and water dripping on the floor. Smells very bad, the towels are so old and dirty with stains. Bed not comfy and so old. If I can only refund and just go to other good hotel with same value.
