Second time here, Hotel is decent, staff is very friendly and attentive. rooms were cleaned properly. However, ***agement need to make sure to ensure that all the equipemts in the rooms are working properly. I was in 114 and its telephone in the living room wasn't working, TV remote was out of batteries, fridge in the room was on but wasnt cooling at all. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Breakfast was extremely repetative. Need to add more european options like - Sausages, muffins, More juice options. orange juice in breakfast tasted more water then the juice itself. It was strange that you guys charge for cheese omlette in breakfast. WHY??

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable.

The pool was good less breakfast options room was small the was comfortable the couch was low they didn’t have tandoori the game room was nice the pools slide didn’t have water the hotel was small the hotel was i started they did let us rent a car

Had booked th is hotel reading the reviews on Agoda as well as trip advisor..A bit disappointed as the reviews do not match my experience of staying in this hotel..The breakfast offered is also not upto the mark..Very limited choices too..Some of the dishes are repeated too the next day...The person sitting at the reception was a new joinee and dis not provide us any assistance and was rude too.We had ordered veg ***churian which was as hard as a rock...I requested them to arrange something complimentary for my anniversary which they flatly refused.That is ok but this could have been said in a subtle and polite ***ner.The swimming pool is small and not ***y facilities are available..so search for some good hotel in Goa rather than staying here!!!

Subrata Choudhary has friendly nature. nice ***agement , staff service is good. Food is delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel ambiance was lovely & very serene. And had a very relaxed stay. We will be back again hopefully. Thank you all.

Hotel is excellent!!! Food is too delicious. We really enjoyed there. I highly recommend. I like Mr Subrata Chodhary Service. Really 😊happy. Reception staff is very nice & cooperative .pool & Game joze is too good.

Food is excellent ... nice property ... all staff co-operative ... nice ambiance...... Kitchen staff ... especially subrato.. They have 2 pools ... my kids njoyed a lot Breakfast .. they have good options

Awesome facilities available meal taste is also very awesome. All facilities are available like games room 2 swimming pool,gym view from room balcony is awesome and in night they have a very wonderful view
