Deluxe room - is too small and the price expensive Compare to other hotel in manila. Clean room, bath room -no hot shower I need to add extra bed for my son 8y/o for ₱750 with bf included Breakfast was good Staff are nice and even security guard

No hot shower, Check in/Check out time not express. No clothes iron for hotel guest to borrow, hotel only 3 star but room charge too expensive. not worth it.

Buffet food is superb I didn't expect it.staff are all courteous and professional.over all stay satisfied.

Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap. There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel. The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time. Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options. Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities.

Easy Check in and check out, breakfast was amazing and all the staffs are great.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Hindi namin inexpect that inside, the interior was really good. The staff are approachable naman and nice but sadly, when I requested sa reception for the shower heater to be checked, the operator said, he'll come pero walang pumunta sa room namin to check and address our concern. The food was okay, masarap din. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I just hope sa shower magawan nila ng paraan kaso baka dahil malamig lng tlaga during that time kasi december. Thank you fynn botique hotel. We look forward coming back. God bless!

Cozy and comfortable, had a great time stay.

Cable TV stopped functioning for more than 5 days. Good breakfast buffet w/ variety of choice. Customize omelette w/ limited toppings of choice. Need to wait 10 mins for hot water shower.  Friendly & helpful hotel staff. Nicest hotel in Bacoor City so far despite the problems w/ cable TV & hot shower!

No hot water for taking a bath

Flush water smelled bad (I stayed in other hotels where they recycled water to be flush water and it never smelled like that) Mosquitoes in the room and the cafe. Good thing is that there were no service charge when I ordered room service or when I dined in the cafe. The hotel check in was fast I didn’t have cash for deposit so they allowed that but I couldn’t charge to room, either pay by card or cash. There was no problem with paying with cc for room service or in the cafe. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hidden so make sure to pay attention to the signs.
