Pleasant stay…staff are friendly and accommodating… Will comeback definitely 👍🤗

I booked seven rooms for a night for my family and relatives, totaling 20 people. Before our stay, I tried reaching out to the hotel through email, phone calls, and a third-party booking app, but I couldn’t get any responses. I only received an automatic reply saying they were unavailable and suggested I try again later. On the day of our check-in, I called the hotel around 2 PM to confirm our late arrival since we had a day tour planned. Thankfully, they answered and noted our late check-in. When we arrived around 6 or 7 PM, everything went smoothly, and they accommodated us on the same floor, which was great! The hotel provided basic amenities, but we noticed there were no bottled waters in the rooms. Some relatives were uncomfortable using the water dispenser located outside the rooms, which made it a bit inconvenient. We understand the hotel’s effort to reduce plastic waste, but it would have been nice if they had provided reusable glass bottles instead. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Everyone had a good night’s sleep, and the next day we enjoyed the clean pool, with staff available to help us. The hotel rooms were tidy and well-maintained.

Great stay! The room was very clean, the customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of food choices.

Great location and accessible to SM Bacolod. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended to stay while you are in Bacolod

Our room was not provided with towels and rug. We still have to call and request for them.

The hotel is just beside the mall and has direct access to SM Bacolod. The room was clean, and most importantly quiet. The staff was also very warm and accomodating.

Very friendly and good checking in, very nice room lots of space and really nice bed. Modern spacious bathroom with amazon shower, one issue was lots of power cuts whilst I was there so didn't get a good night sleep but pretty sure just bad luck otherwise the room was perfect. The pool bar was really nice and the bar staff very funny and welcoming, lovely pool kept well and clean. When selecting room i recommend booking the breakfast because of all the hotels I've stayed in bacolod it's my favourite here

Standard Amenities need to improve from pillows and slippers inside the room. And maybe can put empty bottle or jug if you will not provide bottled water inside the room. I was surprise this time that this Hotel this appointment me. 😢

I had a pleasant stay at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were accommodating and professional, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was relaxing and convenient.

It was a good experience; the room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again next time.
