ห้องมีกลิ่นคาว โทรหาฟรอนต์ ไม่มีคนมาตรวจสอบหรือแก้ไขเลย แค่ถามมาทาง WhatsApp แล้วก็เงียบหายไป ห้องเล็กมาก สวนน้ำก็พอใช้ได้ แต่ร้อนมาก

ห้องกว้าง วิวดี สะดวกสบาย มีสวนน้ำ เด็กๆ ชอบมาก อาหารเช้า ไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย

The room is next to construction site very noisy during the night. The room is also old. I asked for modification to shorten my stay, hotel said not possible and tell me nobody else complained about the construction noise, only me who is sensitive with the noise. They moved me to a room on the other side, it was way better. Newer with and amenities in the room was better. Dinner buffet was not good, maybe more suitable for vegetarian.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. It would be even better with more food choices on the menu. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d be happy to stay again.

Everything about the Doubletree by Hilton was amazing. The amenities , food and service was top notch. Would recommend everybody to visit it. The staff were very cooperative and made sure we had an amazing stay.

As usual everything was perfect, however it was obvious that the splash park not fully operational and some parts were removed which definitely affects the kids experience

Large resort style hotel. Food was okay, nothing special but lots of choice.

Lovely resort and the activities are fantastic and the weather is lovely too advice to the people who are looking for the perfect place to stay and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and safe for kids

It was a great experience, amenities were superb. Rooms were not very clean but overall it was a good experience.

service is not like 5 star in bathroom no toothpaste no toothbrush etc.. and they didn’t give to us on time room and ….

The rooms were smaller than what they appeared in the pictures so we changed rooms and paid extra. The rooms they gave us were not in good condition (very old furniture, sink cracked, bathroom fixtures loose, ac too hot), the cleaning wasn’t good and they sprayed so much perfume even though I informed the hotel my daughter has asthma! Also the room had an annoying motor sound that came from the ceiling that didn’t allow us to sleep. The hotel ignored my complaints until 10pm when I called again and they suggested we change rooms while the kids were already sleeping. We changed rooms for the second time. The hotel said they will refund us the extra charges but the damage has already been done. I would not recommend this hotel because of this experience and because the hotel is marketed as a family friendly hotel however proper attire of guests was not inforced inside the hotel lobby and buffet.
