Hi we are very enjoyed in the hotel The employees are very nice and kindly The breakfast are very tasty And there is a rich variety The service room is excellent and we are recommended to coming to this hotel !

The hotel is very nice. Polite staff. The rooms are modern but not that big. The pool is great. The breakfast is phenomenal. However, even though we paid for a Deluxe Sea View Room, we got a Deluxe Side Sea View Room (which is in a lower class).

Very clean hotel, very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is new, modern and spotless clean. What is lacking is the client service during the stay. There seems to be the rule: the hotel management is king, not the customer. 1st “incident”: booked “Deluxe Sea View Room” (see picture). The sea I only saw when standing on the balcony looking sharp left around the corner of the privacy fence. First statement of Reception: this is sea view. Discussed further 15 min, received sea view room. 2nd: We (3 colleagues with 3 rooms) invited 2 colleagues who stayed in another hotel to our pool area. They were sitting on our sunbeds. Maybe for 15 min we used a fourth sunbed. Pool bar staff immediately came and stated rudely “visitors are not allowed here, you have to leave now”! Discussion with guest relation manager kind of fruitless. She only admit that the personnel should have approached us nicer.

Very nice hotel and staff

Good : nice modern hotel, good food, clean room Bad : outdoor pool and private deluxe pool not heated and unusable in my opinion, indoor spa pool very cold ( but can be used ), coffee machine in every room but you pay for the coffee capsules, no actual direct sea view from the deluxe partial sea view rooms (only from the balcony). Overall good, but can be improved, I wouldn’t come again until they lower prices or address issues.

Great place in every aspect, like the location is not in the middle of the rush point but still 10mins walking destines, the pool is modern and classy if I may say, rooms are very nice, but the in hotel food need to get better taste, tho the breakfast was good and I’m sorry to say that,,

The room was clean but smaller than we expected. But the real kicker, was the view. Upon opening the door we were greeted to a massive dirty wall from a neighbouring hotel whereupon a massive pool area with every conceivable water slide and apparatus needed for an all out water park! It was packed with families and screaming kids. This was supposed to be a one night stay to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary which was to be filled with romance and sipping champagne on the balcony. The giant, dirty wall spoiled any view that might be had and coupled with rubbish strewn about at the foot of the wall and screaming kids. We decided to leave within an hour of checking in! When the manager was alerted to our checking out so soon she offered to ‘help’ but when told what the problem she quipped ‘well you did book a standard room’ I want to know how €188 is seen as standard for a room that had a shoddy view. She bleated on about the wall opposite not being part of the hotel, but how much would it cost to give it a coat of paint and clear up the rubbish? The other staff were nice and gave us polite service but I would have expected a better service from the manager. Maria. Instead of trying to make us feel bad for not opting for a more expensive room, she could have said ok I will give you an upgrade or deduct the price a little but she chose to make us feel bad. I haven’t mentioned that I’m a wheelchair user and totally reliant on my husband and this was to be a special night and a real treat in the middle of our trip to Cyprus. Our 10th wedding anniversary is very special to us and we are in our 60’s, very patient and hate complaining. But this needed to be said. Now this evening we are back at my parent’s home and the idea of any romance is out the window. Thanks for nothing Amarande.

Hey hey, We stayed in the Amarande in May 24 when we got married in Cyprus. It was a busy two weeks, sorting the wedding and being with friends. The staff at the hotel were great. If we needed help with something to do with the wedding, they jumped to it and nothing was an issue. The hotel was stunning, so when we got home, we decided to book another trip for September 24. We arrived to a great Welcome by every member of staff. It was nice to be recognised, it made us feel special. The room was to the usual high standard. My wife got straight on to the TV to order her preferred pillows. We only stayed B&B. Breakfast was the usual mountain of food. So much choice meant that you didn't need to have the same food every day. ALL the staff in the restaurant were attentive, approachable and lovely people. What can I say about the Pool bar staff? These guys are out in the sun all day working to make sure that the guest experience is outstanding. I could name them all and comment on them all, but I won't embarrass them. They did an amazing job in the warm weather and all with a smile on their face. If I can suggest anything, it would be, talk to every member of staff. They are great people who enjoy talking to the guests. They enjoy a laugh and a joke everyday. I can't praise them enough. The pool area is great, there was no pressure to grab a sunbed, there are plenty. They are comfy beds with a buzzer to alert the bar staff. The communal areas in the hotel are very stylish and very clean. I think this is a stunning hotel. There are a lot of staff who get missed out on these reviews and they are the people that make the hotel tick. The ladies who serve the eggs at breakfast, the people who show you to your table, the waiters, the house keeping staff, the concierge, the reception staff. Everyone, all the way to the management. Every member of staff is special. We will be back.

This is our 3rd stay at the Amarande and it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave you are made to feel special. The hotel is kept amazingly clean from Reception, restaurant area, pool and rooms. The sun beds are so comfortable and plentiful. There is never a problem getting one even if you turn up later in the day. There is a huge selection of choice at breakfast and you can also order fresh omelettes and every type of coffee to your table. The hotel itself is situated a 15 minute walk from Ayia Napa which is far enough to be out of the main hustle and bustle but just a short walk to restaurants etc. A big thank you to Maria, Pany and Nikola in the restaurant. Savvas and George in the pool bar and all the staff that work so hard to ensure you have the best holiday always making you feel so welcome. We have booked a 4th stay in May 2025. That's how good the hotel is.
