"I don’t know why people complain about the internet… this is Perú (I’m Peruvian) the internet isn’t always reliable… go complain to Claro. With that said, I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and always had hot water. The hotel is a few blocks from the Plaza the Armas, and felt safe walking back at night (I’m a female & at times hanging solo). The buffet was perfect— a variety of fresh food to choose from, and the coffee hit the spot. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Yes, it’s noisy, but unless you stay up in a mountain, it will be noisy everywhere— get ear plugs. Would definitely stay here again."
