This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival I was told that they are unable to issue room key cards, and that means every time you leave and you want to get back into your room you have to wait for maintenance to come and open the door for you. I agreed because I did not want to go look for another hotel. Then I get to the room and it is absolutely terrible. It's dirty, the walls and floor are stained, the bathroom has dirt in the corners and smells moldy. The TV did not work. What was the deal breaker for me is that there was a door connecting to the room next door where people had 2 small dogs barking every time I moved in the room. They were also smoking and the smoke was coming from under the door. I just could not breath with the combination of mold and smoke. I left and went to the hotel across the street. The lady at the front desk was nice and was very apologetic for this horrible situation.

I would recommend another stay at the Ramada it's a great location very quiet and humble. Pool area very clean very nice and love the spot to relax to cook out with your friends or family great View to cool area

The person that they have on the grill is a really nice guy. I think his name is Robert. The food was delicious and they also have a pool I would come again. The hotel was good looking in the service was good

As a Mom with a child DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE!! Nasty rooms. Was offered a different room after complaining and the 2nd room was WORST!! Was even told that housekeeping just cleaned it!! Have pics of bugs still on the floor. Sad and pitiful! Explained and showed front desk bugs and was not offered a refund or any solution. We checked out and went to a clean hotel! What a RIPOFF!!! 😡😡

The rooms and cleanliness of this particular Ramada left a lot to be desired. The rooms and property are in serious need of upgrades to modern standards. In our first room; blood was left in the toilet; so we were transferred to a different room. That room was not any better in terms of cleanliness and quality of the amenities. The front desk staff was friendly. The cleaning staff needs to be retrained.

Overall, our experience wasn’t great. The staff was nice enough, and the lobby is nice. Beyond that, the room was dated, smelled bad, had broken receptacle covers, A/C was noisy, and the location isn’t great. The bed, however, was comfortable. Due to that and the friendliness of the staff, I rated it a 2.

I am a professional pilot and have stayed in thousands of rooms around the country and around the world, and I've put up with some subpar hotel rooms in my career. This hotels was hands down the 3rd worst room I've ever stayed in. Ramada and Wyndham Hotels should be appalled and ashamed at the condition. My first officer and I stayed a total of 1.5 hours due to the condition before abandoning this facility. Only long enough to leave and grab a bite to eat. I find it hard to believe that no one has evaluated this location from your corporate office.

I was very blessed to have a gentleman take care of my family during Masters week , from breakfast, to taking us to the Masters, to make sure our stay was wonderful, Mr Carl went way above the standard and will will always be grateful , He is now a part of our Masters Family trip. During the morning breakfast it so wonderful to hear from other guests how great he was to them, Thank you Ramada, for having a wonderful employee name Carl.

Great service by the entire staff! I had a great time, and all of my needs were met. The location was convenient for what I needed to accomplish during my stay, and the additional attractions in the community were close.
