ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทำไมสถานที่ให้บริการนี้จึงแน่นมากในวันนี้ บอกไม่มีห้องเลยจองโรงแรมไอบิส สไตล์ เบลฟอร์ท เซ็นเตอร์ (ขออภัยที่ต้องบอกในที่นี้ เนื่องจากไม่มีที่ให้แสดงความคิดเห็น พนักงานชาย ก่อนอื่นต้องกรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว ลายเซ็น จ่ายเงิน (ค้ำประกันบัตรเครดิตเดิม) แล้วให้ห้อง 101 ห้องนี้อยู่ล่างสุด ของห้องทั้งผนังเป็นประตูและหน้าต่างกระจก ประมาณว่าอาจจะพังจากข้างนอก เข้าแดด ไม่โดนแดด ไม่ติดแอร์ และกระติกน้ำร้อน เราขอเปลี่ยนห้องไม่เห็นผล ขอเช็คเงินไม่เห็นผลช็อค...รีบหาโรงแรม Best Western ที่เคยอยู่มาเลย โชคดีที่ห้องนี้จองไว้ทันแล้วกลับโรงแรมด้วยพนักงานคุณภาพ (จองครั้งก่อน 2 ครั้ง) สรรเสริญ) จบประสบการณ์อันไม่พึงประสงค์ของโรงแรม ibis Styles Belfort Center โดยเร็วที่สุด

Nous avons apprécié notre nuitée à l’hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien insonorisée (nous avions peur de la route proche, et bien non !) L’espace Spa (rare à ce prix de chambre !) était très agréable pour se délasser après une journée de route. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner et le souper : très bon, goûtu et préparé avec des produits frais ! Bien supérieur en tout cas aux avis que nous avions pu lire. Je vous recommande d’essayer !

เราจองเป็นห้องเตียงคู่แม้จะขอห้อง twin bedded ก็ตาม ห้องเตียงคู่มีห้องอาบน้ําขนาดกําลังดีน่าจะเหมาะแต่เตียงคู่ไม่ได้ มีปัญหาเรื่องกระดูกสันหลังต้องการเตียงนอนของตัวเอง เราถูกย้ายไปพักอีกห้องนึง เตียงก็สุดยอดมาก ยังไง ห้องอาบน้ําก็ทําไว้ให้คนตัวเล็กมาก นั่งตรงโถส้วมคนนึงต้องระวังตัวว่าจะลุกยังไง โดนแก้มอ่างก็ใกล้ขนาดนั้น ห้องพักก็สะอาดและจัดแสดงได้ดี ห้องอาบน้ําทําให้ผิดหวัง เราจองอาหารเช้าไว้ เช้าแรกน่ารักเพราะอยู่ในห้องอาหารและออกด้วยผ้าปูโต๊ะสีขาว เช้าที่สองจัดบุฟเฟ่ต์ออกแต่เราถูกสั่งให้นั่งบริเวณบาร์ พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานน่ารักมาก ๆ นี้ดีหมดแต่ปรากฏว่าน่าจะเป็นสํานักงานเจ้าของเขามีโต๊ะหนึ่งเอาขึ้นไปแล้วมีคนมาเดินไปมา ถ้าจ่ายดีแล้วรู้สึกว่าน่าจะได้อนุญาตให้นั่งบริเวณ DINING ROOM ห่างจากความวุ่นวายของธุรกิจโรงแรมทุกวัน โรงแรม เหมือนจะปิดตอนกลางคืนและคนปล่อยตัวเข้าออก แต่บาร์และร้านอาหารปิด คงพักที่นี่อีก - คงไม่

房間不大，但設施齊全，位置也很好，交通便捷，客房服務也很及時，毛巾和衛生情況也挺不錯的，性價比很高哦

Petite escapade parfaite à Montbéliard. Nous avons logé au Balcon du Prince, dans cet ancien hôtel particulier devenue résidence de charme. Nous avions choisi la suite Eberhardine, grande chambre luxueuse avec vue idéale sur la place et le temple Saint-Martin, et quelle chambre c'était ! Habitués aujourd'hui aux courtes escapades en amoureux dans des chambres d'hôtes aux quatre coins de la France, nous n'avions jamais vu une chambre aussi belle, décorée avec autant de goût. La chambre, la salle de bain, la plomberie, les plafonds, le lustre... tout est de toute première catégorie. L'hôte est également remarquable de gentillesse, redoublant d'ardeur pour nous conseiller les meilleurs restaurants, ceux ouverts le dimanche, allant même jusqu'à réserver pour nous. Quel plaisir de rencontrer quelqu'un d'aussi aimable et passionné par l'histoire de sa ville ! Quand nous reviendrons visiter la grande région autour de Montbéliard, nous réserverons sans hésitation au Balcon du Prince.

This experience was a joke (only, unfortunately, it wasn’t). I admit I don’t know the local hotel standards in small French towns, but it was definitely below my standard even for a 3*. I booked a deluxe room with check-in at 1 am. I reached the hotel in advance to make sure they remember about me and my late check in (I considered the option that they might be closed at this hour). When I arrived, the reception guy told me there was no booking under my name! How was it possible considering I earlier had an email conversation with them about my booking?!! I had booked a deluxe room specifically because I wanted a bigger than standard room. At the check-in, Theo told me only one room was available — a comfort one. It was the size of a wardrobe, literally. Old, rundown furniture the size only right for small children was all cramped into what seemed a 10-12 m2 space. I know room size is a general issue in France, but that is why I hedges my risks by booking a bigger option IN ADVANCE!! Only the hotel didn’t care anything about it. When I complained, the reception guy told us the only alternative he has is a room that hadn’t been cleaned. He literally suggested we could stay there after he changed the bed linen. So he probably considered it OK that we would use the dirty bathroom and toilet in the room with no problem?? So my husband (height 190 cm) and I had to sleep on what seemed a child’s bed (large 120-140 cm). The night was simply terrible. The floor and staircase tiles in the hotel screech badly so when anyone passes by you hear it very well. The wooden doors get slammed by the hotel residents starting at 7am so if you wanted to sleep a bit longer (like we did after a 1 am check-in!) — GOOD LUCK! There is no adequate ventilation system in the room. When we got in it was all stuffy so we had to sleep with an open window and hear all the screaming from the street in the morning. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the bathroom and its equipment that was born probably in the 60s. But the epitome came when the next morning we came down to have breakfast. When we entered the breakfast room, there were only TWO clean tables. All the others were cramped with dirty dishes and food remains. It felt DISGUSTING. So it appears that the hotel staff doesn’t bother cleaning the tables. They wait until every guest has eaten and only then do they clean. So it was a nauseating experience to be sitting and eating surrounded by someone’s scraps of food. My general conclusion is that the hotel is very relaxed about cleaning and sanitation in general. I would NOT recommend it to anyone and thanks god it was only one night!
