Excellent location. No snacks. No bottled water. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Ample size room.

Hotel is well located, clean, and updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was that our thermostat did not work properly. Room was well cooled when we arrived but when we turned the temp up a degree it instead went up to full heat and stayed there. We were only there one night, so it is quite possible the hotel would have fixed it if we stayed longer. Other than that it was a great stay!

We were allowed to check in early which is always a plus. Staff very friendly and made suggestions for our visit of Auckland. Hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around downtown. Room was very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. It is located in the ideal spot. One block from the Sky Tower and the Central Bus Station. A short walk to the harbor area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location.

Rushes was advertised as a 4-5 star hotel, but it doesn’t meet that bar. The beds in our upgraded room were rolling beds on wheels. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking and self parking was 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly but the facility has limited amenities. Certainly not great for families

If you are looking to visit SKY Tower then it is in a good location. Loads of small coffee houses around. Hotel hallways are very dark not enough lighting. Hotel is located in a busy part of town.
