ห้องพักดีมาก สะอาดและสะดวกสบาย มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันที่คุณต้องการในห้องพักของโรงแรม ห้องน้ำสะอาด ห้องน้ำในตัวได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก เป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนที่ดีเยี่ยม มองเห็นได้จากถนน เนื่องจากเป็นอัญมณีที่ซ่อนอยู่ในย่านที่พลุกพล่านของเมือง

I recently stayed at Breeze Boutique Hotel for 15 nights. While the location is convenient and the hotel is generally clean, there were a few issues that negatively impacted my experience. Upon arrival, I encountered a serious problem with my reservation. I had booked 15 nights through Trip.com and had received a confirmation with a valid reservation number. However, the hotel’s system only showed a 2-night booking. Despite showing my booking confirmation, the front desk did not accept it and told me I had to email Trip.com to resolve the issue myself. After several emails and much back-and-forth communication, Trip.com eventually sent a confirmation that the hotel finally accepted, and the situation was resolved. Additionally, the rooms are not well soundproofed. Street noise easily comes through the doors and windows, making it difficult to sleep at night, especially for light sleepers. Another issue was with the elevator. When you were inside and it moved up or down, it made a noise that was quite disturbing. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts and understand that booking errors can happen, I believe better coordination with booking platforms and improved sound insulation in the rooms—as well as reducing elevator noise—would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. The hotel is well located, the room is small but big enough to stay three days. The staff was very kind. Close to the metro station and very convenient to move around the city!!

The Hotel in general looks good and not bad, the location are close to the metro station but its to busy and might not be the best locations for families, there is some homeless around and some street are not that clean, I won't recommended you to take the standard room with no view, its too small and there is no sun light at all. The unit isolation to be honest is bad, you will properly hear every one step in the corridor or in other rooms. The breakfast is fine, but it does not worth the value.

Decent hotel and 2 mins walk from Omonia station. Area is rough with homeless and people on ***** but was told that it is safe to walk to Omnia station and back before 9pm as people wont disturb you. No issues in my 3 nights stay and i was back in the hotel before dark. Keys have to be deposited with the staff before leave the hotel and collected when you are back. They will verify the room number against your name.

The hotel was nicely located and very clean. We were very happy to have 2 double beds and a safe parking. The host was very helpful and offered us good recommendations.

Nice hotel, nice country, nice staffs, but minus one star for surrounding. Omonia smell like ammonia. No wifi for my stay. So no YouTube, no news for me to watch on tv. Big disappointment for that. Breakfast at 8th floor good view but only 7-10am. Such a waste because I couldn’t see sunrise nor sunset as 8th floor is closed. Should open for guests to have outdoor view at night there.
