"I hope it's a critical situation, but entering the room and smelling the sewer was unpleasant. I immediately called the front desk (a young woman who had just arrived) and went to speak to the owners, who were busy in the kitchen (they also have a restaurant/pizzeria), but they didn't bother to show up. Instead, the young woman assured them that the problem would be resolved and that there would be no room change due to the hotel being full. We returned late in the evening (everything was closed, including the front desk) and had to settle for a slightly less severe smell. The next day, we checked out without asking, as if nothing had happened. I think the NAS should come and check it out. Never again... and if you can, avoid it. P.S.: Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The parking and bus stop to Assisi were convenient."

"On the occasion of a quick stop in Assisi I opted for this solution and I found myself very well. As soon as I arrived the friendly owner welcomed me making me feel at home and providing me with useful advice on how to best organize my short stay. The room assigned was clean, spacious and welcoming overlooking the train station square. Breakfast, served on the ground floor, offered excellent homemade cakes and a small savory corner. Thanks again Mrs. Flor, I will definitely be back!"
