I booked us here for Mother's Day weekend and was astonished by the beauty and elegance of the hotel. They really go above and beyond to focus on perfecting the details, even leaving a rose and a note with our super cute picnic/breakfast basket on Mother's Day! The location is fantastic, but I will mention that every Friday night there is a drum circle in the park across the street which is loud and goes for several hours. We found the sound of it disturbing as you can hear it throughout the hotel and it made it hard to relax at the rooftop bar in peace. The bar downstairs had a solo artist play both nights we were there which was a lovely treat. I would gladly stay at this chic boutique again!

The Restoration was a great hotel and we’re so glad we stayed there! It is centrally located and right downtown making it very walkable to everything. There is some noise because of the location but we didn’t find that it bothered us that much and they provide ear plugs. The rooms are really beautiful and all of the amenities are very nice and well kept.  But what really makes The Restoration wonderful is its service. Every single person we interacted with was so incredibly kind. Truly the best hospitality we’ve ever received while traveling. From check in, to the managers to every bartender and to valet, everyone was genuine and friendly. 100/10 service.

Wow!! This beautiful hotel totally exceeded our expectations! We were having some issues with a third-party booking agent and the desk clerk Derek did an outstanding job of helping us through the challenges. Every aspect of the hotel is first class! The decor is beautiful. The room was fantastic and they offer many nice touches like a wine reception, upscale toiletries and comfortable robes and the sheets were very soft.  The hotel manager, Anna was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. If you are looking for a hotel in the downtown Asheville area, you will love this hotel! We have stayed at many nice hotels over the years, and this hotel is definitely an A+.

非常贊 酒店裝修時尚，舒適度極高 三個餐廳提供不同選擇，傍晚坐在六樓露台看夕陽極美 酒店也提供泊車服務，非常方便

Beautiful room, historic building nicely restored. There are no staff on site but everything is provided to a very high standard.

It will be hard for other hotels to top The Restoration Asheville. The level of service we experienced here was unprecedented, defined by thoughtful, high-end touches that truly set it apart. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. Standout Features & Amenities Bespoke In-Room Breakfast: Instead of a standard buffet, a complimentary continental breakfast is delivered directly to your door. It featured fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries), artisan pastries that appeared to be locally made, and fine cheeses. Premium Coffee: The room is stocked with high-quality coffee sourced directly from their local shop, completely avoiding the generic options found at most hotels. Impeccable Design: The bathrooms are beautifully executed. The color palette throughout the room is classy and elegant, achieving a sophisticated look while remaining clean and understated. Summary If you are looking for exceptional service, thoughtful local curation, and elegant design—especially for a special occasion—The Restoration Asheville delivers an unmatched experience.

Wonderful hotel that sits right in the center of downtown! Lovely, spacious, and well-appointed room and appreciated the free afternoon charcuterie/wine and morning breakfast basket. Will definitely stay at The Restoration next time we visit Asheville.

The hotel was a charming "wow"as soon as you walked in. Each person on staff that we encountered must have been chosen for their customer service vibes but retaining their unique personalities. Our bartender at the Watch Bar, inside the hotel, was Shay. We ordered crunchy flat bread as an appetizer but after talking with Shay, we decided to stay for dinner and drinks. The teriyaki chicken was moist but smoky and the rice had that wok hei found in finer Chinese restaurants. After consulting with us, Shay did not disappoint with the drinks. We ordered a Patton Ave Saint (refreshing) and some others not on the menu. More delight in the morning with straw picnic baskets delivered at our rooms containing fresh cinnamony coffee crumb cake, an apple and a cheese stick/ per guest. Highly recommend. In fact I bought the last large candle of the fragrance wafting in the lobby so we can remember our stay...

I absolutely love the unique vibe of this hotel. Best location in the middle of downtown. Outdoor terrace is excellent for the weather played FIFA at night) rooms are very comfortable. We had a nice window overlooking the park. Staff is inviting and helpful from the valet to front desk. The basement bar and games area is fun. Live music. Third time here and will return.
