Hôtel les Trois Luppars ★★★

"Location is great and the staff was very nice. However, the walls in our room were very thin and we could hear the people in the room next door very very clearly until late at night (2AM). We might have been unlucky as this is not mentioned in other reviews. We stayed on the first floor next to room 120.  In the end, although this not an expensive hotel, I feel the value proposition is bad."

Grand Place Hôtel ★★★

"Great location in the center of Arras. Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. Secure public underground parking for €20. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t the cleanest, mirrors were smeared in the room, we found crumbs on the floor and the kitchen sink smelled bad. The bed linen was clean however it had faint smell of damp. The dark communal hallways hide a multitude of stained carpets and scuffed walls. Service from the manager was good and the continental breakfast was okay."
