All furnishings are in excellent condition, with no signs of damage or wear. The bathroom facilities are exceptionally well-maintained. There are two toilets—one separate and one within the bathroom—which is incredibly convenient. The bathroom itself is spotless, with safe, non-slip tiled flooring and a pristine shower cabin. The shower functions perfectly, and an ample supply of clean towels is provided, suitable for up to four guests. High-quality Australian-made toiletries are available, infused with pure essential oils such as bergamot, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. The kitchenette, though compact, is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, toaster, fridge, sink, cups, and wine glasses. It is kept perfectly clean, with no trace of clutter or dirt. We got the budget room and were a bit taken aback by just how small the room was, but it had everything you need and as we were out and about most of the time it didn’t really matter. The only thing I really didn’t like was that the tv is awkwardly positioned in the corner on a rather rickety pull-out shelf - the pull-out shelf was a good idea to make it more accessible, but needs to be fixed up to pull out further and be more robust. Anyway not a deal breaker."

"We stayed here during a year 12 Graduation week for the local high school. It is very convenient to the Airport and a 5 minutes drive into town. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was absolutely spotlessly clean. The kitchen had every utensil you could need plus a BBQ area and outdoor furniture which we didn't have time to utilise. Each apartment has an undercover car port for 1 car per apartment. The apartment has wifi and the apartment we stayed in was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second bathroom was a double entry ensuite/main bathroom. A very pleasant stay and if I was to ever visit Armidale again I would look to stay here."
