"I really liked this place! The setting and grounds are spectacular! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, although not much English! Jacob and Maria speak English and are very helpful. Jacob even gave us a personal tour of their bamboo forest! The rooms are clean and comfortable, although there is no a/c, fridge or microwave. That being said the restaurant will get whatever you want. They gave us lunch the first day we arrived and a dinner one night for the the 4 of us. Even though the kitchen staff leaves at 1:30 or 2. Again the staff is awesome and I would recommend this place"

"The hotel is very quiet because the rooms are well soundproofed. Despite the crowds, you can't hear people or the street. Today, the Wi-Fi was back on. It's very good quality. There's no coffee available in the hotel, and it doesn't offer breakfast either. After checking out, I was able to leave my luggage at reception for an hour without any problems. The rooms are very nice, but because there's a lot of tile, the bathroom doesn't dry. Overall, an excellent hotel. I'll be back."
