Other things to note:GETTING THERE-Frederick is about 45 minutes from Washington, D.C, one hour from Baltimore, M.D., and 45 minutes from the Dulles Airport. -The home is located just off of Route 15 and Rosemont Ave, near Baker Park.PARKINGDedicated off-street parking is behind the house. Follow the check in instructions within the welcome guide to find it.ENTRY-Your unique code will be provided 24 hours before you arrive for your stay. The code changes after every guest. Step back into time at this centrally located 3 bedroom apartment in Historic Frederick, MD. The Wedgewood Inn originally opened in 1907 and in 2023 the new owners completely renovated it back to it's original glory and invite you to be their guests! The Wedgewood Inn is cozy, historic, spacious, and makes a wonderful spot from which to enjoy the city. Magoo's pub is right next door, there are tons of shops, galleries, bakeries, award winning restaurants, breweries, and the beautiful Baker Park all at your doorstep. Frederick has so much to offer including the historic district, First Saturdays, events on the creek, local wine tours, ghost tours, and so much more! We offer three luxurious king size Nest mattresses with deliciously comfortable sheets and bedding. There is also a secret kids nook in the third floor bedroom with pillows, blankets, books, games, and a Nintendo game box with all your favorite games from the 90's! Off the primary bedroom there is a sun porch / sitting area with a desk and two reading chairs. Off the sunporch there is a balcony and spiral staircase that leads to a courtyard that is home to Perennial Clay & Garden, a garden shop and florist that is open Thu - Mon from 10-5. Guests have the convince of a separate Inn entrance with key pad for self check in. We hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to sharing our historic retreat with you! Fine Print: - Please note that we are located downtown which offers the convince of being centrally located however there will be road noise from cars, pedestrians, bars, and restaurants. - We do provide the basics in the kitchen. Spices, oil, coffee filters and pot, baking pans, blender, toaster, plastic bags, trash bags, cleaning supplies, broom, and vacuum.- Sheets, towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. - The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, travel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a few other other basic toiletries in case you should forget yours. - While enjoying your stay you will have access to the courtyard, however we kindly ask that you are respectful of the store hours and refrain from visiting it when the store is closed.
