ทําเลที่ตั้งของอพาร์ทเมนท์นี้ยอดเยี่ยม - สามารถเดินไปยัง CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium และ Union Station ได้ และมุมมองที่ไม่ธรรมดา ห้องน้ําน่าจะมีการปรับปรุง เช่น เสื่อกันลื่น และ grab bar สําหรับอาบน้ํา ผ้าคลุมหน้า และโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งสําหรับใส่เหล็กกลิ้ง/ถุงแต่งหน้า และหมอนตกแต่งที่สะอาดกว่า/ใหม่กว่าบนเตียง แต่มุมมองที่ยอดเยี่ยมอย่างแน่นอนและความเต็มใจของเจ้าของที่จะหันหลังกลับเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการพิเศษของเรามากกว่าการชดเชยพวกเขา

Very spacious and clean place for 4 person. With lots of cafe and park nearby. There is even Tim Hortons nearby if I'm not wrong, it is 24 hrs Room size was spacious equip with washer and dryer in room itself . Efficient layout. Dishwasher and stove all in good condition. TV can play nextflix etc. An enjoyable stay

Some communication difficulties with getting information about our reservation and check in was confusing. However once we got to our suite it was amazing! Perfect location and full amenities.  Everything is walking distance. CN Tower and Rogers Center 4 min walk.  Subway is safe and convenient (Union Station is a 5 min walk). If you are going to concert venue at Roger’s Stadium it is not close,  however we took the subway from Union Station to Downsview Park. (Easy and safe). Amazing views from great balcony too! We will be back!

The apartment was fantastic. So convenient, clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again but the front desk were terrible, no interest in helping what so ever. They are not part of Global but it was a huge annoyance.

The teahouse was in a great location, with walking distance to their subway and tram stations. There was plenty of food options around which makes everyday easier. The room itself was great, although it might be a tight squeeze for 3 people with huge luggages.

Master bedroom bed has bed bugs. My husband and I have bed bug bites over our body. Other family members in bedroom 2 & 3 were fine. Other than that I would’ve given this unit a perfect rating.

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.

I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants. It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.
