ฉันเพิ่งจองโรงแรมหนึ่งคืนระหว่างทางจากซิซิลีไปเยอรมนี ราคาก็โอเคห้องพักก็โอเค - แต่ไม่ใช่สถานที่ที่ดีโดยรวมที่จะรู้สึกสะดวกสบาย นอกจากนี้ทุกอย่างรอบ ๆ นั้นน่ารื่นรมย์ - แต่สําหรับการหยุดพักก็โอเค ฉันไม่ได้ลองทานอาหารเช้าและทานอาหารเย็นในตอนเย็น ข้อดีคือแผนกต้อนรับเปิดให้24h.

Abito a Zola Predosa e per lavoro spesso accompagno miei collaboratori in questo hotel da anni (dove prenoto lasciando sempre la mia carta a garanzia), questo week end ho accompagnato 2 miei soci come di consueto, quando arrivo in hotel non trovo la solita ragazza alla reception (veramente molto brava e sveglia) ma un ragazzo che però rifiuta di farmi salire a salutare i miei soci nonostante ero disponibile a lasciargli il documento (come faccio sempre, oltretutto erano le 19 ed ero andato a prenderli per la cena) e la prenotazione era garantita dalla mia carta. Non ho voluto neanche perdere tempo a discutere con questo personaggio e me ne sono andato, il giorno successivo li ho spostati in altro hotel in zona dove sono più educati verso i propri clienti, è un peccato che dopo anni mi sia trovato in questa situazione grottesca proprio in un hotel da me scelto per i miei soci.

This hostel gets a 5 out of 5 vote from me and you won't find anyone as fussy as me when it comes to hostel reviews. I don't understand the mixed reviews it has been given by people staying here at the same time as myself? The staff are very friendly and help you as much as possible.....a special shout out to Ciara who is very lovely. My room was very clean and my bunk had a charging point, night light and curtain. The only minor problem are the lockers are small and square so you can't really get anything in them - they need changing to bigger ones! The meeting area is just a ten foot square area next to the reception desk with only around six seating places and likewise the kitchen area is also small with a single long table for breakfast that can only seat around twelve people at any one time. The main reasons for this is the hostel is small overall and also only has three shower rooms with the toilets housed within these rooms. This can be very annoying because if you're dying to use the toilet and all three showers are being used, you cannot gain access. The breakfast is substantial as it's an all you can eat comprising of tea, coffee and orange juice. To eat you have fruits, yogurt, ham, salami, cheese and salad. For the English pallet you have different cereals, toast, cakes, biscuits and the use of butter, jam and chocolate spreads. There's also a coffee perculator which can be used at anytime during the day. Within the kitchen there's a large fridge to store your own personal food items if you wish. You are expected to wash up all your items after you finish which is no big deal but something I don't agree with on principle. I'm on holiday and I've paid for my B&B so I don't expect to do their job for them - maybe that's just me? The location of the hostel is very good and within easy reach of the main city centre and tourist attractions with various buses a two minute walk from the front door and the main railway station just a fifteen minute walk away

Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la bellezza e accuratezza delle stanze e del parco. Ho prenotato per dei colleghi che avrebbero dovuto soggiornarvi per almeno 3 settimane per motivi lavorativi. Avevo prenotato (e ho avuto conferma) per una doppia con letti singoli e ci hanno dato, inizialmente, una matrimoniale. In seguito il problema è stato risolto, ma la conferma era per quanto prenotato. Avevo telefonato per chiedere conferma del prezzo, che il sito riportava a € 86,00 per la doppia; mi è stato data la quotazione di € 85,00 ma, al momento della prenotazione, l'importo è stato portato a € 94,00 e anche i prezzi sul sito cambiano ogni giorno, peggio del petrolio. Ci siamo accordati per il pagamento al check-out, come facciamo in ogni hotel in cui mandiamo il personale in tutta Italia, confermato dalla loro mail. Per dei problemi di mancanza arrivo materiali, siamo stati costretti a chiudere la prima settimana con un giorno di anticipo e lì sono cominciati i guai. Sono volate parole pesanti, sia con i titolari della Ditta che con il nostro personale, che nulla sapeva e che aveva lavorato tutto il giorno. Il Direttore si è dimostrato sgradevolissimo e molto maleducato, accusandoci di non aver fatto il pagamento anticipato come invece fanno gli altri (ma non era stato richiesto). E' stato richiesto il pagamento dell'ultima notte e ci è stato, però, impedito di utilizzare la stanza, già pagata, per far fare una doccia e il cambio ai nostri colleghi. L'ultima perla della loro maleducazione è stata l'affermazione, ieri mattina, fatta ai dipendenti: speriamo di non vedervi mai più e non vi permettete più di prenotare presso di noi. Sconsigliato in ogni e qualsiasi modo, non per la qualità del luogo, ineccepibile, ma per la grande maleducazione e ignoranza di personale che prima prende accordi in un modo e poi pretende e rinfaccia regole non specificate. Oltretutto con il personale dipendente che non era al corrente di nulla e si è trovato aggredito. State lontani, ci sono sicuramente posti migliori a San Giovanni e dintorni. Personalmente ho esperienza con hotel in tutto il mondo e non ho mai trovato persone così.

ทางแรกเห็นชัดเจนว่าโรงแรมนี้อยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองพอสมควรแต่อธิบายว่าทําไมราคาจะถูกกว่านี้มาก ผมและคู่รักได้เข้าพักที่นี่เมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคม 2562 4 คืน และต้องยอมรับว่า เราชอบห้องพักและความรู้สึกโดยรวมของโรงแรม ห้องพักสะอาดมากและเตียงนอนสบายมาก เรานอนหลับอย่างน่าทึ่ง!! ถ้าแค่อาศัยห้องพักอย่างเดียวเราคงให้โรงแรมนี้ห้าดาว แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม... เราจองโรงแรมนี้เป็นหลักเพราะมีสระว่ายน้ํา พอเราถามถึงสระว่ายน้ําก็ได้รับแจ้งว่าเราต้องจองช่อง 1 ชั่วโมงถ้าต้องการใช้ในวั นี้ เนื่องจากมาตรการ covid ซึ่งยังอยู่ในสถานที่ที่โรงแรม เราเลยทํา จอง slot 1 ชั่วโมงสําหรับสระว่ายน้ําในตอนเย็นวันรุ่งขึ้น พอไปถึงสระที่ชั้นล่างเราสังเกตเห็นว่าห้องเปลี่ยนห้องล็อคและปิดฝักบัว... เนื่องจากโควิด ทีนี้ปกติจะเข้าใจเหตุผลบางอย่างเกี่ยวกับกฎ covid บางอย่าง แต่นี่ดูไร้สาระเฉยๆ คู่ที่ใช้สระว่ายน้ําในช่องชั่วโมงก่อนเราแจ้งให้เราใช้ห้องอาบน้ําขนาดเล็กเพื่อเปลี่ยนเพราะที่นี่มีประตูกระจกฝ้าอยู่และเป็นเพียงความส่วนตัวน้อยๆ ที่คุณได้ลงไปที่นั่น เราจึงทํา! ในที่สุดเราก็จองสระออกอีกสองครั้งในการเข้าพักแต่ตามที่รีเซฟชั่นแนะนําหลังจากการมาใช้บริการสระน้ําครั้งแรกให้เปลี่ยนห้องของคุณแล้วมุ่งหน้าลงสระ(สมมุติว่าคุณไม่ต้องเอากุญแจจากรีเซฟชั่นมาไขสระ) ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีให้จากริมสระทั้งที่วันแรกมีผ้าเช็ดตัวเหลือแค่ผืนเดียวสําหรับเราสองคน ในการมาใช้บริการสระว่ายน้ําครั้งสุดท้ายในตอนเช้าก่อนเราจากไปต้องไปรับที่ reception ในท้ายสระว่ายเพราะสระล็อคไว้ บางอย่างที่รู้สึกไม่สบายใจในการทําในตอนแรกแต่เนื่องจากไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเปลี่ยนและผ้าเช็ดตัวถูกล็อคไว้ริมสระน้ําจึงไม่เต็มใจไปทาง reception ซึ่งผู้ชายที่อยู่หลังโต๊ะก็โกรธที่ฉันมีอยู่ในพวงมาลัยว่ายน้ําของฉัน ทางออกง่ายๆ คือเปิดเครื่องเปลี่ยนเครื่องลงริมสระน้ํา เพื่อป้องกันเรื่องนี้ แต่เฮ้ นั่นมันชัดเจนเกินไป พอชี้ให้เห็นถึงสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่เปลี่ยนในโรงแรมของเขาถูกล็อคเพราะเค้าจะไม่เปิดให้เนื่องจาก Covid (ซึ่งเขาควรจะรู้) ในที่สุดเขาก็สงบและกล่าวมาว่าเขาเข้าใจ ในการมาเยือนของเราเรายังใช้จักรยานไฟฟ้าซึ่งอยู่ที่ reception อยู่เต็มวันโดยเสียค่าจักรยานต่อวัน 25 ยูโร พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก ระบบค่อนข้างซับซ้อนสําหรับสิ่งที่จําเป็นและควรทําให้ง่ายขึ้นโดยเพียงแค่มี deal reception กับ booking พอจองไปในที่สุดเราก็ได้กุญแจที่ล็อคจักรยาน 2 ตัว หมวกกันน็อค และด้ายเช็ดผมบางอัน (วัด covid แปลกๆ อีกอัน ซึ่งไม่ค่อยมีความหมายเท่าไหร่เพราะคุณจะเหงื่อออกทางสายฉีดอยู่ดี) ขณะที่ไปเอาจักรยานออกไป สังเกตเห็นว่ายางทั้งสี่คันแบน แน่นอนว่านี้ควรได้รับการตรวจสอบจากพนักงานก่อนเอาจักรยานออกไป? ! น่าเสียดายที่พนักงานปรากฏว่าไม่รู้เรื่องยาง PSI จะต้องอยู่ที่และเมื่อเขาปั๊มขึ้นครั้งแรก

We stayed here one night as part of our visit to the region near Modena. It started off badly - we’d booked through ********** and a couple of days before we received a threatening automated email saying we needed to complete a form with all of our personal details including passport info/ dates of birth/ a photo of each of us holding our passport/ contact info etc… or we would not receive the email about how to check in. We filled out the form, and even though it said it didn’t need all of the info for the kids, it then wouldn’t let us submit without it. We complied and then received another email later with a link to the check in info. When we tried to just use maps to google and navigate to “Ca' Palazzo Malvasia” google said “permanently closed”. We put in the address to the place per the ********** booking confirmation and it took us through about an hours with of tiny windy backroads through the countryside that were 2 way but were the size of a one way street - terrifying! We arrived at the address but whilst the gate looked the same, the keypad and signs on it were different from the photo provided of the gates in the link to the “check in info”. There was no phone number in the link, so we were very panicked - in the middle of the forest and lost with no number. We tried to ask a neighbour, but we got more lost. We eventually found a contact number on ********** and got some more info and found the place. I think there may be 2 entrances which caused the confusion. When we arrived the place around 7pm and it felt very creepy. It was a totally empty castle in the middle of a dark forest with no one else there. We used the key code to enter and lights turned on as we walked through and found our room. Once we got to the room, it was large, clean and nice with comfy beds, wifi and a good bathroom. I contacted the same person again with a couple of questions and they were very responsive. We slept well. There was a tiny bar fridge in the room and a communal kitchen used for breakfast, but this fridge was pretty full so we didn’t use it to store our food. Later on more people arrived at the castle and it was much less creepy. In the morning there was a buffet breakfast, it was mainly lots of different cakes/cereals/ yoghurt. No fresh fruit.

โรงแรมดีมากและคุณภาพราคาดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและใหญ่ อาหารเช้าที่ดีเหมาะสําหรับส่วนหวานโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง: นอกจากคอร์นเค้กคุกกี้และคุกกี้แล้วยังมีเค้กและเค้กแพมให้เลือกมากมาย นอกจากนี้ยังมีพื้นที่แต่งตัวและที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบาย
