The room is dirty & smells.floor really dirty,no towels & breakfast is really bad

Very old infrastructure and maintenance very poor

朋友週末自駕出遊，酒店有些年頭了，據説是九幾年造的，很多牆壁都發黴了，正在翻新，早餐也很一般，衹能勉強吃飽,.

Paket Komplit, kolam renang pas depan kamar, mau ke pantai deket.. anak anak happy. next trip.com lagi kesana..

Kamar kotor , kamar tdk terawat gak etis dengan harga sgtu kmar sprti kumuh n kos2an. Ptgas kbershkan tdk kn time berkalk kalj minta blgnya tdk ada n tdk bisa. Tdak layak untuk dsebut hotel bintang 5 kapok mginep

非常糟糕，距離海邊雖然很進，但是裏面設備陳舊，設施老化嚴重，洗澡的水黑色，都不敢用水！

Hotelnya bagus nyaman

Hotel tua, ga bersih, banyak debu di lantai, sofa, gorden , kamar mandi air kecil, pokoknya kalo saya disuruh menginap lagi di marbella, no thakyou, pelayan sepertinya kurang banyak untuk membersihkan kamar, pelayan sih baik, ada komplimen karena dari pihak hotel meminta waktu untuk membersihkan kamar sebelum Chek in, free 1 sarapan

Despite its incomplete facilities, we had a great time in Marbella. We did overnight stay in executive suite with a marvelous view of pool and sea. In my opinion, it would be nice if this vintage mexican-style hotel is re-managed after all the hospitality business has been recovering from the pandemic. As for the food, Marbella has provided exqusite chicken pouridge and nice fried banana.
