Excellentissime ! Parfait ! Luxueux...a refaire ...

Just returned after a week in this lovely hotel. The choice of food throughout our stay was fantastic. Huge selection of cheese and olives. Meat was always fresh and tasty and if you ask they will cook it exactly to your preference. The choice was varied and always tasty. Soft drinks were always from a small bottle or can, never large plastic bottles. These small details set this hotel apart from others. The staff in the Patisserie were really cheerful and friendly, special mention to Muazzes who introduced me to the delicious Ottoman winter Sahlep. The Chinese al a carte was terrible, The less said about that the better. We didn't use all the facilities but the live pianist was a joy to listen to every evening. There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive. Lots of Turkish and Russian families so a lovely mix of nationalities. Didn't really need to have any interaction with the reception staff, but they should smile a little bit more and at least ask when checking out; "Did you enjoy your stay?" Our room was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed, sofas and balcony. The powerful shower always gives a great star to the day. The cleaning staff always did a good job making up the room and changing the towels etc.I believe the hotel opened in the early 80's and in certain places is showing it's age. The grounds of the hotel are not as expansive or impressive as some of the others in the area but there were several outside bars and food areas. Overall, I would recommend the Delphine Imperial.

This was my first visit to a Delphin Group family hotel, and I can confidently say – it was simply fabulous! Location & First Impressions. Delphin Imperial is strategically located very close to the airport, so our arrival was incredibly quick and convenient. It is also located not far from the historic city of Antalya, which is easily accessible via the hotel’s shuttle bus service. Traveling along the coast, the hotel immediately stands out with its impressive tower architecture, and the facade looks stunning with its colorful lighting. Upon entering, you are welcomed by helpful staff who provide all necessary information with a genuine smile. The hotel is immensely large with many relaxation spots, pools, and spacious rooms. A huge plus is that even with many guests, you never feel crowded or overwhelmed. Staff – The Heart of the Hotel. However, the best part of the experience was the people. The hotel's atmosphere is amazing solely because of the staff's contribution and dedication. Everyone is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. Since I love an active lifestyle, I want to say a special and huge THANK YOU to the sports activity team – Hande, Ezgi, and Mira. These girls are amazing personalities! Their bursting energy not only brightens the day, but they are also excellent instructors: they provide the peace of yoga, teach various water gymnastics, aero yoga, pilates, and can even teach you how to dance. I wish them the greatest success! It is also important to mention the fun animation team and the colorful kids' area staff who strive to involve guests in various activities. Thank you to Iro, Mert, and the others. We felt very safe because there is a responsible lifeguard team working by every pool and the sea – special thanks to lifeguard Ahmet Işık and his colleagues. Food & Service. The hotel cuisine was excellent — the food was very tasty, varied, and fresh. We enjoyed the thematic dining nights featuring food from different countries, but traditional food was always available as well. Big thanks to the cooks and chefs! The service in the restaurants and bars also deserves praise. Thank you to bartender Abdullah Çil for great service and to Ali, who "flies" around on rollerblades, for his speed and great mood! Summary. While returning home, you feel that you are bringing back not just a piece of sunshine, but also memories of meeting wonderful, kind-hearted people. I think we might have to come back again. I wish prosperity and great success to the entire Delphin hotel group!

Great week in this hotel. Clean hotel , modern rooms. Service always good. Food fantastic! So much choice! Our biggest shoutout is to Unker and Karem! (Sorry if spelt wrong) in the Teppanyaki and steak restaurants!!! These 2 are amazing! Unker is super talented chef and his food was delicious. Karems customer service is outstanding! These 2 are a credit to your hotel and 2 of our best evenings we had were due to their amazing service. Thank you both .
