I had to use Google translate to communicate with several of the staff. A minimum for hotel staff should be to be able to speak fluent English. As for the facilities, there was a lot that was not right. In the description of our room it said that there was a pool view and that the room was on the 1st floor. Instead, the room was on the -1st floor, one floor below the lobby and had a view towards the wall of the neighboring building.. There was a lack of hairdryer, bidet, dryer, safe, cleaning products, clothes rack, ironing equipment, toothbrushes, shower caps, baby gate. There were also no sockets in the kitchen, so it was difficult to use the air fryer/micro/toaster. These little things aren't the end of the world, but I don't understand why they lie about it being part of the room. We paid extra for this room with the promised pool view, and instead were led down to the basement of the hotel with the most tragic view I have ever seen. After we complained about this, we were fortunately moved up to the 4th floor where things were better, but there were several shortcomings in this room as well. During our 1-week stay, it is also the first time we have experienced that a cleaner has not come into the room and washed and replenished e.g. new toilet paper or towels. We had to go down to the lobby to ask about this ourselves. There is a washing machine, but no washing powder or dryer or any place to hang the clothes. Incredibly weak! All in all, a rather disappointing experience and I hope the room in the basement floor is not re-let to someone else before it is ready to be occupied.
