It was a nice experience

Very bad experience as the staff is not customer oriented. Just follow the rules rather than listening to customers. No passion and snails on staff face, not professional hospitality. The staff didn’t give any guideline of the benefit during stay. Terrible corridors with dirty carts all around. Not recommended at all even the building is beautiful but staff can’t give good experience at all!

20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards.

Excellent location and great service. We had a lakeview room which presented superb views of the mountain and the lake.

Great friendly service and a quiet room with an amazing view over the park and lake. A 20 minute walk to the old town. The spa is popular so be sure to reserve your space during a quiet time. We will be back!

這是我們本次旅遊唯一的一家法國酒店，從房間的設施、服務、早餐等各方面看，皇宮酒店都是我們本次旅行的最佳酒店，工作人員熱情，解決問題也很及時，效率很高。另外提供了免費的valet服務，這個應該是攜程溝通的結果。（預訂時網站上的價格與實際不一致）

Un excellent séjour hôtel très propre

酒店位置很好，訂的露台房風景絕佳！出了酒店走到安納西小鎮大概走20分鐘，會經過安納西風景最美的湖邊。酒店有温泉和桑拿，走累了可以看着湖景泡温泉蒸桑拿。早餐也很不錯，還有一個**。

這家酒店歷史悠久，在安納西湖邊上，離城裡主要景點步行可到，沿途風景非常不錯。從入住前台、禮賓到客房服務人員都非常友好，酒店提供免費礦泉水，第一天有蛋糕和巧克力贈送。客房衞生服務非常好。這個尊享房型在頂層窗户是一個圓形。

酒店位置相當好，就在安納西湖邊，外觀古典高級，很有氛圍感。酒店房間乾淨整潔，面積略小，窗户也略小。價格略高，性價比一般。整體還不錯，應該算不錯的度假選擇。

安納西最棒的酒店，推開窗户就是湖景，套房帶了四個陽台，坐在外面看着景色很是享受，非常安靜，走路到下面的湖邊游泳也很方便
