DO NOT STAY AT EXHIBIT A2. JUST DON’T. I noticed that someone is deleting the bad reviews. But do not believe them if they tell you they fixed the problems with the access codes. The workers tell me every single day there are problems with people getting in! And almost every person I talked to had trouble. A few weeks before my visit I happened to read the reviews and was horrified at the problems with the access codes to get in. We were planning this trip with my 89-year-old mother-in-law, and I knew it would be a disaster if we could not use the elevator or get into the room. She is very weak and cannot stand outside of a room while we try to get in. So I wrote to the hotel and said the following: “We will be travelling with my mother-in-law who is 89 … so could you confirm that you have resolved the issues with the access codes and that the hotel is accessible for someone with mobility issues? And can you confirm that we have completed all of the check-in processes necessary to obtain the codes? (some of the reviews mentioned problems with check in).” They wrote back and said: “I want to assure you that the issues with the access codes have been resolved.” But, oh boy. The issues with check in and the access codes were NOT resolved. I got a text the night before my check in saying that my security deposit had not gone through and could I please enter my credit card again. In that text I also learned that they had changed our room assignment so that we no longer had a room on the same floor as my 89-year-old-mother-in-law, which was also not okay. She needs frequent care and we had to be able to go back and forth frequently and quickly. They ended up moving rooms around, so we were near, but not next to each other, as promised. But I could live with having to be slightly further apart, but I have never had a more frustrating experience in my life than the one I had trying to check in and get access codes. I have FIFTY-SEVEN texts back and forth with Exhibit A2 trying to enter my credit card for identification. 57. That’s the actual number. Not hyperbole. They kept sending me links to enter my credit card and not one of the links worked. Not one. In of my texts to them, I said: “I have now been working on this for several hours PLEASE, I beg of you, send me a working link to pay the security deposit.” And they continued to send links to nothing but the same page over and over and over again. This went on for 2.5 hours!! Finally, the person on the phone suggested that, because their secure website did not work, that I send a PHOTOGRAPH of my CREDIT CARD! A photograph. Over text. With my credit card numbers on it. And the expiration date. And the security code. You know, the security code that keeps your information … secure. The one you should never photograph and send over text. And she made it seem as though I was being unreasonable in not wanting to do that. After spending 2.5 hours just getting my credit card entered, I ask
