Bem no centro de Angra do Heroísmo, fica acessível a tudo. Na receção são muito simpáticos, o quarto é muito confortável. A banheira, algo antiquada. Faz falta a informação no quarto sem ser por QRCode. Pedi de outro modo e deram-me um folheto mas ainda assim não tinha ementas, nem do restaurante nem do serviço de quartos. O pequeno-almoço bastante básico para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

My room was quite large with the extended office area. I recommend more electrical outlets. I had to ask for an extension cord because all the outlets couldn't be reached under the counter. The location of this hotel was perfect, centrally located in the town square.

This is a modern hotel in an old building, and it's smack downtown, right in front of the Jardim de Duque, and also close to many restaurants. The staff is really nice, and can speak very good English. The room I had was a bit surprising, with a bidet in the washroom. In addition, there's a pool, and a hot tub with an option of many little jets from the bottom, (SOOO relaxing! Thus, an excellent option if you're visiting.

Hotel muito asseado,funcionários do mais simpático que pode haver,começando na recepção às funcionárias do refeitório,os empregados do bar o sr.Gabriel e a menina Mónica com quem passei horas no serão e onde viamos os jogos de futebol,uma localização excelente, com o largo do município em frente e lindo jardim nas traseiras onde do meu quarto tinha linda vista.Recomendo este hotel a quem esteja a pensar visitar a linda Ilha Terceira.
