เราจองแบบครอบครัว และเมื่อเรามาถึงโรงแรม เราได้รับแจ้งว่าเด็กอายุ 18 และ 19 ปีของเราจะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าพักโดยไม่มีบัตรประจำตัว เราจึงนั่งแท็กซี่ไปมะนิลา แม้ว่าฉันจะไม่ได้พักที่นั่น แต่ฉันก็ถูกเรียกเก็บเงินซึ่งเป็นการตอบสนองที่แย่ที่สุด แม้จะไม่ได้เขียนไว้ในเงื่อนไขการจอง แต่ดูเหมือนว่าเป็นความผิดของฉันเพราะฉันไม่มีบัตรประจำตัว

The location was right on Fields Ave which is the main sleezy street if Angeles. The hotel is comfortable with good spacious room and clean. There was a couch and chair with a comfortable double need.

My second stay in a month, I love the staff, location, and amenities. With the room....you get what you pay for. My first trip her the room I had was awesome. However, my room on this trip was not good! Tv needs replaced, loose tiles on the floor, sheets, towels all need replaced. The shower head cloged. Loud bar music can be heard while laying in bed... so it pays to upgrade to one of the rooms they actually care about. Over the hotel is awesome! It's not the staffs fault the owner is responsible for the material conditions of the rooms. Yes, I will stay again. Just remember to upgrade away from the basic room.

Right in the middle of the action. Surprisingly quiet room on the back side of the hotel.

Falsely represented by Trip.com. Totally unsafe for little children. Not a hotel. Just a lodge. Trip.com must warn families that it is not safe to bring children, especially little girls. The location is strictly adults only and the rooms are promoted as effectively soundproof as a feature, no second guesses why.

I liked my stay at this hotel. The staff were great. The room was clean and quite. The fridge is stocked with good prices. The room has its own WiFi router. The Agave restaurant is good with a patio for people watching. It is right on their walking street and close to everything including the mall. I would stay there again anytime.

The hotel is located on the Walking Street and convenient to restaurants. Walking distance to SM mall.

the restaurant was closed but there are lots of places nearby. the room was surprisingly quiet considering the location with all the nearby bars. recommend it.

Hotel Royal Amsterdam have been my choice of accommodation from 6yrs ago since.All the staffs at the reception and security are extremely helpful,polite and friendly.The hotel room is spacious,bed and toilets are always kept clean and tidy.
